If you're looking for a recommendation on how these can help improve your physical fitness, I can't help you. They are too light to be of any practical use to most people, including myself. But they are PERFECT for another use, keeping your robot vacuum from getting trapped under appliances like the refrigerator or dishwasher! Some appliances have larger than normal "kick-spaces" under their front doors that allow robot vacuums like "Shark" or "Roomba" to stick their noses in and then become trapped. I bought a pair of these, in black because they are less visible, and put one under each machine. The robot bumps into them but is held back just enough that it won't get stuck.
