Conversation was easy and everything worked well but, it take a long time to lite. My wife thinks it will blow-up in her face, so she uses a long lighter instead of the automatic igniter. Again everything else is great!

The fire pit is not good at all. I had a hard time putting it together, and I had to pay extra for professional assistance. When I got it working, I was really disappointed. The flames are hardly noticeable, and they don't give off any heat. I suggest finding something else. It's not worth your time or money. (I hope I can get my money back) ... show more

I received the fire pit 5 days early and in perfect condition, thanks FedEx. Easy to put together for one 82 year old in about half an hour. I fired it up and the fire and the blue stones look great. I added a glass wind screen from of course Amazon it was a perfect fit.
