I've been using these for over 10 days, and I'm very happy with their performance. The picture is sharp and clear and the audio is fantastic compared to security cameras. The pan and tilt feature works great. I plan on using these as security cameras for my RV when I'm camping. They've got great night vision and are very small and unobtrusive. Only the monitor is battery supported. The two cameras require plug-in to AC outlet. If I had to do it again, I think I would pay the extra money for battery operated outdoor cameras too. Then they could be placed anywhere with zero hassle. I'm not really interested in recording anything, I'm basically interested in using them as live monitors and to communicate without having to open the door. Five star rating! ... show more

This camera is just awesome. The setup is easy as 1-2-3 and no WiFi or Bluetooth is needed so camera can literally go anywhere with an outlet. The picture is outstanding for the affordable price, you can literally put the camera anywhere and both charging/power cords are the same so I can easily move the camera to wherever my baby falls asleep (bed or the crib). I have 3 kids and have now gone through several monitors. While this monitor is not my overall favorite I’ve owned, it is the best value in my opinion. My last monitor was pricey and after 2 years it won’t hold a charge and now won’t turn on at all. I decided I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new monitor but there are some features I must have. 1. It has eco mod (vox mode) so that the screen turns off and only comes back on if the baby makes noise. This is a must have for me with baby monitors because it helps me sleep at night. 2. Good range. This works all around my house. 3. Remote camera control to pan and tilt The battery life seems good, the picture quality is good, I have no complaints so far with the actual function of the monitor. The only negatives I’ve found is the type of charging cord it uses is not a universal cord which will be annoying if I have to plug the monitor in around the house. Also, it has a very bright green light that stays on while the monitor is on. I hate it shining on my face at night so just lay the monitor face down. It also flashes a bright screen when it goes back into eco mode which is annoying at night. Lastly, to mount the camera on the wall, you have to use the screws and mount that come with it. My other monitors have all had the option to hang it with just a more traditional open hole to slide a nail in. So now I have to drill new holes in the wall if I want to mount it. Overall, I think this is a great monitor at this price point and the negatives are not a big deal when I consider how much cheaper it is than other monitors I’ve had. ... show more

We bought this set up for our baby thinking it'll do. Turns out we love it. The camera quality is great, even at night and audio is clear. I like that it has a large viewing range. The monitor has a decent range from the camera and a good battery life. The camera is good but the 30-hour battery life described by the manufacturer is not true. the camera has to be plugged in while in use or else, it will die before you blinked your eye. other than that, works well so far
