I liked that it is small, easily portable unlike stand up units. I bought this for cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen. Removes most everything except black stains from mildew which I use Chlorox Toilet Gel for anyway as it clings to surface. This steamer does not have a squeeze handle for start and stop. Once heated (in a very few seconds) it runs until you turn the machine off. Tubing and handle get very hot advise you to use the included gloves to handle. For small jobs this is a great little steamer. Somewhere in the instructions it mentioned adding cleaners to the water. I do not advise this as one customer did so and the steamer did not work again. Most steamers I reviewed cautioned against additives to the water. I recommend this product. It performs as expected and is easy to use. ... show more

This machine is awesome and works great! I really love the functionality and the many attachments for cleaning virtually any surface. This steamer doesn't take too long to heat and the tank holds a lot of water. It is compact, not too heavy, it can be easily moved around without any problem and easy to store too. This unit puts out a great amount of steam and pressure, and I was able to clean my bathroom and remove all the dirt and grime very easily. I would definitely recommend! ... show more

What can I say, it seemed like a nice little bundle. Gloves multiple brush attachments, extension wand (burn hazard). I started a 150sqft kitchen tile clean up and it broke before I was done. If there is one thing I hate more than a broken $80 product I just purchased is not finishing the job it was intended for. The way it broke however is the reason for the title. As I scrubbed the grout I noticed the handle getting much hotter than it had been up until that point. A short moment later with a hissing sound the tube sheathing came apart at the handle and burned me pretty good. Not only is the a fairly expensive product but a poorly made one at that. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere as the last thing you want is to pay for your second degree burn. The picture shows where it came apart. ... show more

    • I loved this steamer, until it broke after using it 3 times....
Things I really liked about this steamer: - Light weight - Ability to put the machine down while you concentrate on using the wand - Heats up really quickly - Has a long hose so that you can keep a little distance between yourself and whatever surface you're cleaning - Easy to fill, and is powerful! Things that I disliked: - Not having a trigger on the handle is a MAJOR design flaw, in my opinion. I'd have to turn it off everytime I wanted to move to another location. I ended up plugging it into a power strip, so that turning it on and off would be easier. - The hose and trigger both get VERY HOT while using the steamer (hot enough to burn.) - Flimsy hose popped a leak very quickly (after 3 uses) in a way that's not fixable. This steamer is pretty small and compact, but it is fairly powerful. I haven't tried all the attachments, just the main trigger-less gun and I'm impressed at how well it works. I wouldn't think this is ideal for anything industrial outside the home, but certainly any task in the bathroom, kitchen, and so forth is ideal. I attached some before and afters for reference. The steamer is best used as a grease, dirt and grime loosener, so you'll ideally still use a sponge or scrub tool to remove everything. The water reservoir drains quite slow so take your time. P.S. This steamer doesn't have a trigger so when you press the on button, it'll take about 15 seconds before piping-hot steam shoots out of the nozzle, so make sure it is aimed away from you, ideally at it's intended target to avoid injury. ... show more

Okay, so it does do a decent job of cleaning. However, it is not a true steam cleaner. It's more of a high pressure sprayer that heats and atomizes and the water. What you end up with is much more water fallout than you might expect.

I used this most recently to clean the tile in my shower and it did a really good job at cleaning out the groves! I was impressed with the quality of the product. It's more durable than I had hoped, especially the nozels (which is where the cleaning happens). I'd recommend wearing the gloves provided (or any other heat resistant gloves) as the metal parts get extremely hot. Even the plastic handle and hose start to heat up after awhile, but it was never a problem. Overall, a great product! ... show more
