I had purchased a Bissell handheld steamer last year to remove PPF from my car. I had only used it once and it worked fine for that project and if I never used it again I got my monies worth out of it. However I got a notice from Amazon that the product was recalled and contacted Bissell and was given a full refund. I would have exchanged it for another product from them but they no longer had a similar model. I was happy with the handheld but it did have some downsides. It only held enough water for 5-6 minutes of use and although it was not heavy using it for an hour was really tiring. I searched Amazon and any number of similar type handhelds are available for ~$50 and planned to buy one when I happened on the Wagner. Its twice as much but a game changer. The tank is much larger and it works for 30 minutes before you have to add water. You have to pause, an orange light comes on to let you it need to build up steam, but even then it still works. The tank is on wheels and the handle is on a hose and very light and easy to use. Comes with multiple attachments for different jobs. I tried it on the grout in the tile kitchen floor and it removed built up grime with ease. See the before and after picture. I was looking for something to "detail" the inside of a car I just bought. The seats are light, and came dirtier than I'd expected. This little thing worked like a dream. I ended up cleaning out my entire car. The different attachments are very handy. Although, I ended up just using a couple. I will say I wish the brush attachments were a little more sturdy. After once use I could definitely use new ones. It does take some time for the water to heat up. I ended up using that time to vacuum out my car. By the time I was finished I was ready to use the steam cleaner. It took about 15 20 minutes to heat up. One full tank ALMOST did the job. I ended up having to refill the reservoir once to finish the front of my SUV. The water didn't take as long to heat up the second time around. If you have extra towels. Use them. I ended up buying a pack of 50 terrycloth towels. I'd say I used 10 to clean the entire inside of my car. Including the upholstery. All in all I'd say it was worth the money. I can see myself using this to do some deep cleaning inside the house, or detailing the other cars we have. Super handy, easy to use. Cord was more than gracious in length. Attachments were perfect. Especially for the tight nooks, and crannies. The unit itself is extremely light weight, easy to carry. I also love the little storage container on the front. The tank to put the water in is actually really big especially for the size! I expected to fit maybe 2 bottled waters into the tank but it took 3 with ease and did not want to push it but I feel it could’ve taken 4-5! I was shocked especially with how small it was! The extra long hose made it so easy to get to everything without moving the actual machine around! It’s light even with all the water in it! Has a long cord to plug into an outlet or extension cord! There is no smell to it weirdly enough! It pulled touch stains up for the seat belts and even restored some fading plastic! Super hot and is very powerful! I have 3 young boys and a half bath that I could not get the urine smell out of. I steam mop, bleach, scrub etc. there's always that lingering smell. When I say I deep cleaned the bathroom in record time, I am not exaggerating. Armed with only this steamer and the scrubbing attachment, urine was literally lifted out of the grout. The grout changed colors. It was disgusting and so satisfying and the bathroom finally smells CLEAN (not just bleached). I've since attacked tough spots in my kitchen, shower, and entry way. Places that I thought the flooring and walls were just discolored because nothing would get it clean. One tank of water goes extremely far. It's effective and kind of miraculous. I do wish I bought the package with an extender to more easily reach tight spots. This steam cleaner seems well made and is well worth the money and I don't find the tank to be to comversome to bring around the house. I'm in love. ... show more

I chose this Wagner brand after reading thru tons of reviews on this and similar steamers and the price was the best for my budget. I wish I had chosen the upgrade for the floor steamer attachment but I'm hoping to find one down the road. I have used Wagner products before and as far as I'm concerned, they make a good product. I had a similar steamer before I bought this one, I got it at a thrift store and it stopped working after about a year so I had to have another one. I clean everything with this, the window attachment is fantastic and cleans with one swipe down, I've already tried the apholstery attachment too and I loved it. I thought it would leave my couch too wet but it didn't and it was visibly cleaner afterwards. I use three spray nozzle attachment for cleaning floors, bathrooms, sinks, tubs and the toilet, I've also cleaned the walls with it just make sure not to hold it too close and keep moving it around then wipe off immediately and your walls / floor boards will look like new and don't hold it in 1 place if you're cleaning anything that can melt like plastics etc. Use common sense, this thing gets super hot and shoots steam so be careful. Last thing is it comes with some great attachments that I didn't have on my thrift store steamer, they make all the difference. Although the product seemed to work fine, the handle was not ergonomically designed. I got a blister on my hand after using it for 10-15 min. It also made the whole room smell like burning plastic. The tubing would get so hot I couldn’t touch it and had to be super careful when moving it.
