Worked great to press image onto my tumblers but it wouldn’t rotate…I had to quickly rotate it by hand…I’ve tried several cups and none were rotating…I contacted the seller and they said the original green one I bought was sometimes having power issues, so they sent me a new updated purple one that didn’t have the power issues…I hooked it up and it works perfect! Rotates on its own just like it’s supposed to! I was just going to go with it the way it was but I am so glad I contacted the seller! They were awesome to work with and sent me a new one right away…I had it a few days later! ... show more

    • Why do I get ghosting only at the bottom?

Why does it give ghosting at the bottom? I have taped tight, not at all, and still the same. I even tried to lift the tumbler up so it definitely has a snug fit at the bottom. But still ghosting.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy I purchased this press. It's a press I never knew I needed until I bought it and used it. The auto rotating and opening feature really is a life saver for me, because I sometimes get so entertained doing g something else when I'm waiting for my tumbler to be done that I forget if I turned it 😅 (yes I'm old so i honestly forget lol) or I just take too long taking it out and it burns 😩 but with this press I don't have to worry! All I did was read the manual, plugged it in and went to work. So easy and user friendly, the only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't buy it sooner lol Do not hesitate, you'll love it!     • Auto-Rotate is Awesome but Ghosting Every Time

I was so excited about this tumbler press as I am constantly getting busy with some other thing & forgetting to rotate my tumbler in my standard tumbler press. UGH! I figured, this auto-rotating tumbler press will fix my issue with forgetfulness AND allow me to go about my work without worrying about my tumbler. Yes! The press worked as advertised & rotate on its own, beeping to let me know when it was done. Sadly, that was the only good thing about this press. No matter how I taped my tumbler blank or what I was applying to it (htv or sublimation print), the top & bottom of the tumblers ghosted. It was bout 1/4 - 1/2" on top & almost a full 1" on bottom. I know that getting a sublimation print to work around the curved edges of my skinny tumbler blanks can be tricky but I've successfully turned out tumblers with no ghosting using a inexpensive convection oven as well as the standard rotate 1/2 way through type of tumbler press.
