    • Quit working
when i got it, i set it up and at first it worked fairly decent. so i used one copmplete tank of water, turned it off and the next day added distilled water to the tank and powered it on, and it was making a noise that i hadnt heard the prior day andno steam, the little green and red light didnt come on again.... so i am sending it back and buying the same one again hoping that it not working is a one off..... stay tuned ill let you know how the 2nd unit performs ... show more

    • Poor product quality
I bought the steamer for deep cleaning my tile floors. After four uses, it quit working. The heater works, but the light never turns green and the steam does not get to the hose. Not a good product. Don’t buy it.

The only pro here is the heat up time, but the cons in the title make this a product that needs significant improvement.

    • Drain plug is a pain
This machine works well. Steam temp got up to 187degrees, and it does a good job. My complaint- and it's the deal-killer -is the drain plug. It's really difficult for my 70-year-old arthritic fingers to get it threaded back in after I've drained it. I had to do it twice as I was using it, and I decided I just did not want to fight it every time I use it. Also, the plastic (or hard rubber?} that's molded onto it looks like it might not last. You have to use a coin to unscrew and screw the plug, and if it breaks, I'm not sure what you would do. The plug is also sunk into a recess of the bottom of the tank, making it tough to work in. I know these are picky things, but for me, it just was off-putting. As I said, the machine works great, although the machine I bought to replace it makes steam much hotter (250 degrees). ... show more
