  • So much fun!!!
Color: Red/White
OTB, FUN at about 22mph for descent speed. With a pinion and motor mount upgrade, you can get this to about 27mph for like $15 with stock motor. Some people upgrade the wheels to the granite grom wheels to better handle terrain, I've not done this but that seems logical considering it'll bog down in grass over a certain height, I want it to be more "stock" so it maintains buggy and not truggy characteristics. Arrma quality and learning curve. Cheap option for beginners or someone looking to putter around. Comes with everything you need to run it BUT the usb power brick (use your phone one). I have a spektrum smart charger so I had to buy an ic2 to ic3 adapter (SPMXCA320) to use it. It's a g2 battery so the smarts, smarts. It's had a few serious bumps and has held up so it's durable. ... show more

  • Best 1/14 budget basher

Wow! This thing is awesome for such a low price. The Grom line has blown me away and these brushed ones are nice and fast for this price. Never had a break or anything after taking off jumps and flipping it.

  • Very nice!
Color: Red/White
Very nice toy for adults and kids. A lot of options for upgrades. Take a look at brushless versions too.

  • Extremely durable
Color: Red/White
Pros cool looking and clipless body decently fast can jump it multiple times no issues overall great bashing experience very tough rc car Cons battery doesn't last as long as the bigger batteries and it's only 1/18 scale not a con if you like small rc cars not sure If my fan is broke to cool motor will probly have to upgrade that for heat other then that this car is a blast to run recommend buying an extra battery and a fan upgrade but the price is really great so no complaints there honestly just the run time I have an issue with ... show more

Great buggy, no problems from the box. Tough and agile. Could use more power!

  • Battery won’t charge
Color: Red/White
Battery is already dead and won’t charge. It has only been 3 months. The RC car odd fun, but the G2 spectra battery’s are lame.

  • The charger is trash.
Color: Blue/Silver
Worth every penny, however the charger broke, as many others have complained, almost instantly. Since I was doing a brushless upgrade it wasn't a big deal for me. Way faster and better built then my Latrax and that's without ever being able to actually charge the factory battery. If you plan on keeping the car brushed, nothing wrong with it plenty fast from the factory, buy a decent charger or change the factory leads and enjoy. DO NOT expect the factory charger will work. It's crap and they'd be better off not including it. It was only a capacitor that went bad, a simple fix. However there are approximately 0 schematics that tell the specification of that capacitor and I tried 4 different ones none of which worked. I ended up deciding since it charges lipos it wasn't worth the risk to fix. Put too large of a capacitor in next thing you know it's charging to 4.8 volts. Just expect you need a charger from the beginning and problem solved. Update: This is the second time it happened. The first was a Mojave. Skip buying a Grom unless you intend to go brushless or are buying an additional charger ... show more
