It comes with many different attachments so that you can clean a large variety of places. I have cleaned my inside carpets and hard floors. I've never owned a steamer; choosing this one based on a friends recommendation and my research. Great purchase. I absolutely love it!! It cleans my hardwood floors effortlessly on the lowest steam setting. It's lightweight and powerful with no concern of damaging the hardwoods. I've done the bathrooms. Felt wonderful to sanitize everything. The attachments are super convenient. Did the shower doors and mirrors leaving no streaks and cuts through soap scum easily. Used it on my washing machine door and steamed my car upholstery. The canister carries the perfect amount of water and small enough to easily move around and carry. The power cord is only long enough to do one room at a time which I just use an extension cord when doing the floors. Next job will be the mattresses, carpets, and furniture. Update!!! The seller was very accommodating. I was outside the return window and they let me return for a full refund. Very good customer service, steam mop was good quality, it was just not the mop for me. The steam that is produced from this machine is great. Like no other steam mop I have ever owned, but there are so many other cons that this is just not worth it! For one, it doesn’t really “clean” the floor. If there is a spot or something sticky I literally have to press my foot onto the mop head while I’m going over the spot. Doesn’t matter how slow you go the spot will not come off with just the steam. The design of the head doesn’t put enough pressure into the floor. The cord is very short. So you either have to keep unplugging as you move from place to place (won’t even cover an entire room) or use an extension cord and then the unit keeps getting stuck on the cord. Lugging the base around with you is inconvenient to me. I have used the stick mops and found they are far better at getting around. This keeps getting stick all over the place. Doesn’t make it easy to use. I used some of the attachments to see if it was worth it for other uses than my floors but I wasn’t impressed with that either. The small hose for grout doesn’t really clean it. Like I said, the amount of steam is impressive but it just doesn’t produce enough power to clean anything off. Lastly, the unit gets VERY hot. I have little kids and it’s just not safe to have around them. Pros: Lots of steam Large water tank Cons: Short cord Uneasy to maneuver Doesn’t get dirty spots off floor Extremely hot to touch unit Overall, it’s just super inconvenient. I have an entire house of tile so I mop often. And even though I was going through a stick steam mop like 1 every 2 years because they would break down, they’re worth it in my opinion for how bothersome this thing is to use for mopping floors. So annoyed I missed the return window by 2 days. Hopefully the seller will make an exception because I’m very disappointed with this steamer. ... show more

I didn't love this Steamer. The only thing I really liked about it was its continuous steam and I was pleased with how it steamed my floors . I returned this item. I kept trying to find something to love about it besides the steam and I couldn't. The things that bothered me were: 1] the Mop part wasn't as flexible and it made it a little uncomfortable to Mop - for me, I'm so used to a super flexible Mop that goes in any direction I move it. 2] the cord is too short (after reading reviews about the cord being short, I didn't think it would bother me until it did) If you're a super picky person with a big open space, I do not recommend this item . If you're a person that doesn't get bothered by these little things , and you have a smaller space, then I recommend this steam cleaner. Like I said, I was pleased with the steam and the way it cleaned my floors. It's not as user friendly as I'd like it to be. ... show more
