I use a lot of rope. I use it for towing, pulling and even tire swings lol. Most shred in just a few months. This rope is so much more tolerant to the abuse I give it.

This was a great price, used for some tree work. Nice and sturdy. A little on the stiff side and use a smaller "pilot rope" to get it over high branches as it's pretty heavy to throw on it's own. Wish I would have thought of that sooner, but ewnded up buying soe parachute rope for that on... Amazon!

The rope feels lightweight and loose. It's not tight solid feeling that a good static rope would have. The jacket also separated from the core easily. If you want a cheap general purpose rope, this will work. I would not recommend for actual arborist or climbing.

I did NOT like the fact that this is a VERY stiff rope. I tried to use it for my mainsail sheet. It is extremely strong but very very stiff. Very difficult to wrap or place on a deck cleat. The outer sheath is too slippery to wrap around a hoist wench. After 12 months of use it has NOT become softer or less stiff. Very frustrating for sail halyard. I would return if I could.
