I couldn't find a new canopy for my 20 x 40 foot frame so I bought this instead. The material is much sturdier and more durable than a regular tarp. The only problem was when we started opening up the tarp a section of the material was very thin and tore easily. I contacted Amazon and returned it for a new one. They have reached out to me and replaced the tarp and it was delivered today ! I am so very thankful they care about their customers and their name ! Customer service was amazing in their decision to replace with no charge ! We have used these tarps for a few years now and we have highly liked them .. until this one .. very poor quality.. pin holes all over it and can see light through this tarp !!! The supposedly reinforced areas are weak and can see white through them.. We have one shot every year to put this up before rain .. we used it but seeing this poor quality .. know it will not last .. soooo disappointed !!! Soooooo much money and poor quality … what oh what happened to the great quality of the past ! Waste of money for this tarp, this year! ... show more

We had these tarps (2) for just over a year when they started tearing in various places and and one ripped the full length for no reason. Nothing fell on them and they were not pulled very tight as to put stress on them. We have others (tarps) that have lasted for several years but not these. I emailed the company and they responded by asking me to send photos which I did. When I didn't hear back I emailed again and they said they never received any correspondence from me which was a lie. I resent them the previous emails and photos again, with no response. A huge company that will not do the right thing, what a shame. They would rather get a very poor review than replace the 2 tarps. When we purchase the tarps the ad stated they had a 3 year warranty. Guess what? No Warranty! Do Not waste your money. They are defective and the YESCOM company will not stand behind them or their word. They are just a big ripoff! ... show more

I am using this to protect the sides and roof of a 27ft camper over the winter. I put the black side up to convert sun uv into heat instead of eating the plastic. It's pretty heavy duty and I have no doubt it will hold up over the winter. The only beef I have with this is, I realize tarps go by their nominal size before they are hemmed. For ex, a 10' x 20' tarp will start as 10 x 20 raw material, but when the edges are hemmed 2 or 3 inches on each size, the nominal size will be about 4" to 6" short in each dimension. so realistically you can expect 9'6" x 19'6", or 9'8 x 19'8". However, this one is almost a foot short on each dimension with 2" hems, so someone is cheating here just a little too much imo. That's not a deal breaker for me, because for the price I really can't complain much for what I'm getting, and it appears pretty sturdy. I would buy again. ... show more
