Generally speaking I was pleased with this tarp. I did not measure for exactness but it covered the size I estimated for. It also appears very square and generally seems well made with decent thickness. When unfolding one of the grommets was pretty damaged (see picture) which appeared to be caught in the folding machine. Also applying medium pressure a couple of the grommets started pulling through the tarp. ... show more

The tarps themselves are very sturdy and even a little puncture resistant, but I’m guessing they used some kind of a heat treatment when placing the grommets. It’s only been 2 months, and 2 minor monsoons here in north Phoenix and already lost 4 grommets have ripped off. It’s not too tight, not too loose, just a little flapping around and they failed.     • Questionable HD and Thickness
I buy a HD tarp each year to cover my rv. This year I wanted to get a heavier tarp so I found this 12mil HD 20x40. The thickness feels equivalent or slightly less than the 10mil purchased last year (different mfg). Also, the grommets easily tear out which indicates a lesser quality or thickness. Maybe this should only be given 2 stars but to be fair I need to see how the tarp holds up through our winter heavy rain and wind storms. Update: i changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after the seller reached out honoring a full refund. Unfortunately, I already that the tarp tied down on my rv for the winter and its too time consuming to remove it. ... show more
