- Firstly, price is great and comes with several industry certifications (I paid $53). Reading the adverts, they dont talk about the certs which is surprising. However, the certs are labeled on the body of the charger. - Secondly, the Youth has a single 140W Max port (unlike the Anker 747 150W which can only do 100W max per port). The more expensive AOHI has two 140W max ports but what is the point when the brink can only do 140W in total. -Thirdly, the status light is great and -fourthly (started to grow on me) the Yellow color is cool. The only downside I can see is, it is slighly larger and heavier than the Anker 747 (but what is the value of the Anker 747 being smaller when it cannot rapid charge MBP 16" - the much cheaper Anker 717 can but it is not GaN). ... show more

I purchased this to use on a Lenovo laptop and also to recharge batteries for a DJI drone. My laptop was completely dead and upon plugging in the USB cable to the laptop and turning it on the laptop reported that the charger and voltage was incorrect, too low. I was about to return this however when I unplugged the power block and plugged it back in everything worked fine. So it appears that when it powers up while plugged into the device it is able to correctly sense the power needs. It went from a 2 hour charge to 35 minutes. You will also need an appropriate USB-C To USB-C cable rated for at least 200 watts. ... show more

This charger is very stout and feels very bulky and heavy in the hand. It's very solid and feels well-built. Using a single USB-C port to a laptop with power delivery charging capability, one of the two ports output 80W and the other 90W, rather than the advertised 140W and 100W, however. While this little guy is high priced for a USB power brick it's worth it! With just 1 power brick from the silicon era the heat off it was melting the housing at times.... what can I expect from the cheaper brand that is apple mobile.... this produces 7x the power of the melted 20w apple brick and is only moderately warm by comparison! The new era of charging has arrived! I have tested this with a 60w usbc power Dewalt 20/60v battery charger while charging a laptop and my phone and it still didn't get that hot! 1 brick 3 ports no problem! By not producing as much heat(loss of electrical power) this unit can turn it into device power at a faster more efficient way. Forget walking with a bunch of wall adapters... this is the one right here! One thing to keep in mind though is that if only one USB cable is plugged in for use you get up to the full 140 watts... more than one and you are splitting the wattages between devices... the USB c ports (up to 65w each) and USB a (10w) make up the 140 watts if you are using all at the same time.... also when you plug in and out different devices it "resets" for a split second... not a deal breaker though. Comes in handy for my laptop, steam deck and phone to charge simultaneously ... show more
