I first off want to let everyone know just how wonderful this company's customer service is. Top notch, from offering additional suction cups in the heat to just following up on how our experience has been with their product. All of it has left me incredibly pleased. There are so many car mounts, and being particularly short (5'3) I've always been worried about obstructing my already lessened view of the road. I can say that adjustability of this allows me to have it straight on my dash, but extended far enough towards me so I can see the entirety of the road without a big phone in the way. There's another plus to this feature though, and that's for cooling. Phones get very hot while charging, and if you use GPS or any other app while driving you would typically keep your phone charged while you do it. Almost every other mount I've used has had my phone (black) positioned on my black dashboard, in a black holder, under the heat and unrelenting sun. Needless to say, I've had many overheat warnings in the past. This is the first mount I can have full customizability with in terms of placement. What does that mean? Nice and cool set above my air vent. Direct icy airflow to my charging phone. This isn't a slow USB port charger I'm using either, it's a standard USB C type that rapid charges my phone. That gets HOT. But not with this bad boy, that is also constructed so air can get to the back of your phone too. This thing sucks. Literally. The suction on this is so intense that I didn't need the base plate for many of the cars I've tried it on so far. It just slurps onto that surface and STAYS. The one con is that you absolutely need it if you have a rounded surface or heavier texture on your dash, it makes it impossible to actually stick to the surface, but that's not at all a production issue and more of a "why are car manufacturers making dashboards that are super hard to keep clean" issue. Overall? I've tried pressuring all my relatives to buy this product. I am a major fan, and have even tried getting my fiancé's mother to purchase it (She's in England and drives for work often). I completely and utterly recommend this whether it's for glass placement or dashboard. Side note, this can also double as a really effective phone holder in the kitchen (not it's advertised use). I've stuck it upside down off my cabinet and it's made reading recipes much easier! ... show more

Well-designed, good quality phone mount for a great price. Holds a larger phone with case very well and keeps a tight grip on the windshield. You squeeze the brackets in to grip the phone then press a button on the lower left to release the brackets. Highly recommend it.

This is my second time order this product! My husband liked it so much in my car he asked me to order for his truck! The only complaint that I have is it don't fit with some of my phone cases. Other than that it works great!

Just as I expected it to be. Easy install. Many ways to install. I went with the suction cup application on my windshield. But it has a dash mount and an air conditioner vent mount which I also installed in case I want to switch positions.

I don't write many reviews, but this could not go by without my input. I ordered 2 of these, one for my car, and one for my daughter's. It fit on her dashboard perfectly, but mine was a different story. I stuck it on after work, and the next morning I went out and it had fallen off my dashboard. I have a Honda Pilot and the dash is a bit curved. I was so disappointed. I have never found a phone holder that worked, but this one sounded like it might be better. Julie from customer service reached out to me to see if I was satisfied with my purchase, and I told her I was not. She offered to send me more sticky pads, but that wouldn't solve the problem. She then offered me a heavy duty phone holder, but the only catch is that it isn't reusable. It is super sticky and wouldn't come off. If I did take it off, I wouldn't be able to put it back on. That was a definite no. I tried the one I ordered in the vent, but it was too close to my blinker, and I couldn't feel any air out of the vent. With lovely menopause happening, that was a no-go for me!! Still, Julie was not detered! I gave her the make and model of my car, and she sent me another style of phone holder, still for the vent. I was skeptical but agreed to try it out. Well, amazingly, it fit perfect! It had a bigger base that extended out farther, so it didn't interfere with anything and I could still feel the air coming out of vent! Best of all? I didn't even have to return the one that didn't work! Julie contacted me daily until we got this worked out, and I could not be more impressed with the customer service. Wanted to like the mount but couldn’t even try it as it arrived with the protective layer already removed on the 3M sticky and the instruction manual was stuck to the adhesive, as was the suction cup. It made it impossible to use for dashboard mounting. I’m trying out the air vent now, but I want it for the extending arm, so I can’t get the full use. Even so, I tried the arm itself to see how it worked, and didn’t realize that it locks (screws) into position, so even time you want to adjust the angle, you have to unscrew, adjust, and rescrew, which just isn’t feasible while driving. The vent part did attach nicely and feels secure, but it’s quite expensive for just a vent mount, so I’m not sure that I can recommend it. ... show more

I don't write a lot of reviews but felt i had to for this. The key word is flexibility. There are adjustments for length of the arm and angle so that I was able to mount it in the perfect place. And the adjustments around the phone enabled it to have a tight grip on it. Another flexible characteristic is that it can also be mounted to the windshield or air vent. I tried it in the air vent while the dashboard mount was setting and it worked exceptionally. I've used other vent mounts before and they were had been flimsy. Not this one!
