I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Spleen offers incredible results, just as with the Beef Liver, and is amazing at helping me fight off any bug that I may feel coming on. I have battled with many health issues a result of re-activated EBV (Eppstein-Barr Virus) and taking this, with the Liver supplement, at the first sign of not feeling good gives my body the needed boost to feel batter fast. Even with my compromised immune system, taking this I am able to avoid completely or minimize greatly the effects of any illness that gets brought into my home with two young boys in the house. I am amazed! I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, I’m 43 yrs old, with great energy and also a healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect: “I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I referred to this product's website after finding it here on Amazon and I also talked directly with the owner regarding some questions I had. Brian, the owner of this company, was so helpful and he answered all of my questions in a way that I felt very confident in making the purchase. I take the recommended dose of 6 capsules every day. I split them up throughout the day but you can take them all at once if you wanted to....and, you can easily take these on an empty stomach with absolutely no issues....which is a blessing for me! After a couple days of taking this I noticed a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing and after a week of taking it I had more energy than I can remember in at least a couple of years. Everyone around me is commenting on how well I look and they have noticed that I'm pretty near my old energetic self again. This beef liver is very easy to take! I can not detect any smell that would be unpleasant at all...which I was a little worried about after reading about eating beef liver. Hyperemesis gravidarum had left me deeply deficient in nutrients I needed to heal and function. After the pregnancies, when I could drink, eat and take supplements again, I would ravenously try solutions. I learned food needed to be whole, naturally raised, prepared old fashioned ways. We drink raw milk, raise and butcher our own meat, forage for wild vegetables, brew, ferment, bake sourdough and simmer bone broth. I tried all the "whole food" supplements and glandulars. I still had deep pain, weakness, tooth decay and failing vision. I longed to eat rocks from the creek, sunshine, blood. I dreamed of turquoise blue hot springs and caves with soda straws dripping from the ceilings. I felt hexagonal empty places in my muscles, bones, teeth and a central part in my brain. I knew I needed sparkly, hexagonal crystals to fill those empty places. I sensed them being robbed to build babies' tiny bones and teeth. I sensed the last of them draining out in the milk as I nursed babies. Where could I find more? My life depended on it. Mine and the babies' Iives depended on it. I researched...crystal configurations of bone constituents... HYDROXYAPATITE! Ancestral supplements are whole food, as God made it and as it's found in nature. The animals are raised in a more healthy environment than we could provide in our back yard and the food is prepared with less heat than I would use at home to preserve more nutritional value. Bone Marrow satisfied my ravenous cravings. It filled the empty places and soothed my muscles and bones. I can rest. I feel comfortable! My teeth stopped throbbing. My breath brings oxygen all over my body. Breathing is easy and light- no longer laborious. My blood is deep red, supplying the strength my muscles need to exercise and work. My immune system is vigorous and fights off sicknesses that I am exposed to. Brain cleared the fog away from my thoughts. I can plan and organize and teach. It fuels hormonal productions. Hormones can ebb and flow without deficiency or tension. I'm not sure where to credit my vision. The light that fell on my eyes could not transmit it's information to my mind. A weak connection has been plugged in again. I enjoy the easy flow of light and color. I see the details. In Genesis 9 God says, "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs." Eating meat as well as vegetables is vital to survive the fallen environment. Taking the popular bits and throwing away the rest is silly and self-condemning. Trying to disect the components (and even simulate them) and consume them separately is folly. It can never support our lives fully. There are elements, ratios, energies present that we have not discovered nor understood yet. Food, in it's God-given, natural form is our life-blood. We must relearn to cultivate it this way and eat! Thank you for providing these supplements! Thank you for helping me when I needed it. My children also benefit from them! They are healthy and strong in spite of their rough start. Thank you for listening to me ramble. It probably sounds creepy. Dehydration and malnourishment is a scary place.
