These cars are awesome…til they aren’t. We bought two, one for each of our grandchildren. They were a hit with adults and kids alike until both broke within around an hour. One developed a mind of its own and would randomly turn on …except when the on button was actually pushed. It took a flying leap off a counter after being put away and a wheel broke off but it was already useless. The other developed almost the identical issue. Two very tech savvy adults tried troubleshooting to no avail and they ended up in the trash much to the kid’s and my wallet’s disappointment. seldom write negative reviews but save your money and buy something else. ... show more

Car came in ready to go out of the box, just install the batteries. We put it in the pool and the it worked perfect. Wrist control works good, although there is a bit of a learning curve.
