I have to come back and write another review on this truck. First of all, I have been racing and building cars and trucks since the early 90's. I raced in region II with a couple of other guys. Now I didn't have a sponsor because I only had so much time to devote to RC racing so thati didn't rub elbows with the right guys. I built a belt drive 4x4 car, I don't remember for sure but I think it was made by Team Associated, for about 800 dollars after putting all the good electronics in it and this truck by Amoril or who ever builds them is as fast as that 800 dollar car. This thing I have put it through the ringer, multiple cart wheels across the place I was running it with nothing broken. This thing has taken every thing I can throw at it and keeps on going. Buy one and you will believe me. For 186 dollars it the best rc money I have spent in years. It come with all the good drive shaft and axles in it. The electronics layout is great. You can even move the ESC and use the bigger batteries because it comes with the altered battery m9unts you have to have. It comes with an extra pinion gear some other stuff like wheelie bar and extra decals and other cool stuff that you don't always get with cars/trucks. I'm totally sold on this truck and they also have other trucks sold under the RLAARLO name that I'm going to get next. Great great truck! Thanks Amoril or who ever you are. ... show more

    • No Better Value for the Money

After trying this out for several days it has lived up to every expectation and more. I will compare it to the DEERC 210E that I purchased previously. They are both brushless bashers that come with a 3S battery, but the 210E is a bit less expensive. That said, what you get for that slightly higher price tag is amazing. Carbon fiber drive rods for each wheel, higher quality shocks, tires, body shell, controller, the works. The controller even has 4 channels so you can add accessories to your truck. And the handling is so clean and smooth it's like a sports car, whereas the 210E felt like a truck, and an overpowered one at that. Not to say the Omni-Terminator has less power, no no no ... this is by far faster than the 210E and has the torque to pop a wheelie on takeoff. But it holds a straight line the whole way, no pulling to one side on max acceleration like I found with the 210E, even over obstacles it still holds its line. And it is tough as they come, I had several bad jumps and bad angles at the ramp that sent the car flipping end over end multiple times with no issues other than an occasional body clip coming lose. I even flipped it on the pavement at full speed, and it slid for several feet before hitting the grass. But it has skid pads on the roof, so they got scuffed up, and the body was fine. Even the side mirrors have held so far. It is a bit front heavy though so getting backflips can be a challenge, it may be easier to do a front flip. And do to the front heavy nature if you are at full speed and slam on the brakes, it is likely to flip forward, so be aware of that. But if you control it right you can get an awesome stoppie. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this monster of an RC truck. I even did some aerial speed tests measuring the time it took to travel a fixed distance and the average of 15 runs, which honestly where all within milliseconds of each other, so super consistent power, came out to 28.4 MPH. I know they say up to 50 MPH under "Optimal" conditions, but my runs were as it came, without doing a thing to the car out of the box. I am sure if I messed with my suspension, gearing, or even a re-lubing the diffs I would get more speed, but I can't see why I need it. As it sits now, at top speed it is pretty much a dragster with almost no ability to turn without losing control. So, unless I am planning on racing it, 28 MPH is more than enough to shock my neighbors and get sick jumps. ... show more

Very well made truck. Fast, and with two batteries it will have about 40 to 45 minutes of fast run time. Control and ability to handle high speed is excellent. The plastic body, while it looks good and the clip system is very nice, the body lost a big piece out of it in my second full battery usage. I am no expert at running a rc truck that is this fast. So, I did have some collisions. But it's body does rip and break easily compared to my four other rc trucks including a H16E Brushless 1/16 high speed small scale truck. And I have runthat very hard. So my only complaint is the body. And the rest of this rc truck is awesome!! I highly recommend this truck. Not so much for a young beginner! It is a missile!! ... show more

I have been in rc for a long time owned a lot of Traxxas,losi, a few redcats etc this is not a full 1/10 scale but for the money I don't think you will find an rc truck with everything this has even remotely close to the price brushless 4x4 excellent RC truck tons of fun handles great and plenty of power even out of the stock baby battery the only issue is the screws the body screws and normal screws were not bad just got to be careful on taking them out now the pinion screw for the motor is a nightmare I had to drill it out and replace it I would recommend heat right of the bat before even trying to get it out I have disassembled everything else will little to no issue but the pinion screw is in there bad I have bassed it pretty aggressively no skatepark 20ft concrete landings but it got it pretty good and nothing is broken just the shell a little peace broke from a horrible landing I did the esc move and battery extension for a bigger 3s this thing needs more C's the 35c stock one is fine for starting but 80c or even higher and this thing comes to life and for a little more the carbon edition is even more for you buck gyro bigger motor but I wanted a cheap basher to save my stampede monster some abuse def recommended to anyone beginners pros and everyone in-between love this rig ... show more
