I would have rated this higher, but for some reason the shoulder strap was not included. This was one of the reasons I purchased this bag. Otherwise, the bag is nice. Review amended: I contacted seller to see if they would send out a replacement strap. They replied the next day that they would do so as well as send a gift. I am impressed with the bag and customer service. I received the strap and mug press cover. The customer service is excellent.
