The media could not be loaded. Wow ~ just an incredible product all around. Let me start by saying that the Dark Grey color selection can look a bit like a dark *coffee* finish. But when you look at it up close, it does have *hints* of grey. As most have stated, it is as advertised. Material is well constructed ~ look’s furniture quality. LOVE the 9 color/flame options. Am a bit of a geek so I tend to match the flame color with what’s on TV - just cool! To be honest, the heat source is fair. You can feel it after a bit but if warmth creation is your top priority for selecting this product, I’m not sure you’ll be happy. Lastly, I decided to assemble myself & I am someone who measures 4 times & cuts once! I take my sweet time to ensure it’s done right the first time. So .. I took my time & it took me roughly 4 hours to complete - small breaks included. All the pieces were well labeled & instructions were clear. PLEASE pay attention to your wood pieces & how they’re “lettered” - Will save you from having to undo something. All in all - probably my most favorite product I’ve purchased online. So far loving this fireplace. Was looking for a tv stand fireplace that was big enough to hold a large TV, but also be elevated off the ground so as not to cover my air vents. This was the best solution for a way more reasonable price than anywhere else I've seen. Most places are asking $700+ for a smaller size fireplace/TV stand thats flat on the ground. Again this is way more reasonable with better features and just looks incredible. Setup was not too difficult and by myself took about an 2 hours half for the casing and an extra half to install the fireplace the next day when it arrived. This is sent in 2 pieces. Also, when putting the "Ice cubes" in the front, make sure they are where you want them to be. Mine are somewhat bunched up in certain places and not spaced out as they should be. You will not be able to fix later unless you remove the fireplace. ... show more

I get so many compliments on this entertainment center. I advise to have at least two people and several hours for build as it was complex and tiring without power tools and on my own. End result is gorgeous-perfect for my space.

If you can get it assembled the end product is great. I’m very happy with it I’m the end but their manufacturing process leaves a bit to be desired… A bunch of the holes seemed to be missing at first but then I realized that they just veneered over the holes so I had to open them up with a razor blade. A few of the predrilled screw holes were actually missing not just veneered over so I had to drill them out myself. It took me about 4hrs to assemble this by myself, it would have maybe been 2.5hrs is there weren’t the issues mentioned above. Finished product is nice especially the fireplace. It took my daughter and I almost 7 hours to put this together after having to take it apart to put a piece that was on backwards. A few misplaced holes in some spots. Very heavy to lift alone. But overall I love it! The quality is great, the fireplace is beautiful and it’s a very nice size.( tv is 65 inches) ... show more

Absolutely love this! Was hesitant since it wasn’t part of prime but loved that it was unique and hadn’t seen one like this! It arrived with just the console part and was bummed. I contacted the seller and they were very prompt and gave me the tracking number for the fireplace insert well that arrived and it was the wrong insert. So I had to Contact them again and they sent the correct one within a few days and said to keep the wrong one and they handled the additional shipping to send out the correct insert! The correct one arrived and we couldn’t be happier. It comes with either crystals to put at the bottom or a fake wood log. You can switch them out at any time by taking the insert out we chose the crystals and are storing the log behind the back of the console/insert! Love all the colors and the heater works amazing definitely worth the price and great quality!! ... show more
