This sofa was delivered safely and securely in two boxes that came a few days apart. It was a bit stiff at first, but I have sat on it for hours at a time over the past few weeks and it has become softer (but still very supportive!) If I were slightly shorter I would take a nap on it comfortably. The color is accurate to the photos and the fabric is very high-quality; I think this sofa will hold up well over time. It is much more comfortable than other mail-to-order sofas I've sat on from Wayfair or Amazon. I would absolutely buy again! It was a challenge to assemble: some of the pieces did not align at first (also, it is not visible, but one of the back pieces does not fully slide into place so that it is level with the other piece). I did assemble it alone, but it took me several hours, namely because two pieces did not properly align and I had to disassemble and reassemble a few times to try to get the pieces to fit together. If you purchase this sofa, make sure you watch the video, too; the diagrams in the instructions they send are slightly inaccurate. A further note: I originally left a 1-star review and contacted the company because the holes in the sofa did not line up and the back could not be attached. The company appears to have deleted that review. However, they did respond to my inquiry (not particularly helpfully; I ended up disassembling part of the sofa and assembling it out of order so that I could ensure the slightly defective piece would be forced to align). This sofa is a key piece for a multi use space that is an office and TV room. It comfortably accommodates two medium sized folks. The cushions are deep and firm. It is holding up well, we have had it for 2 months. The back cushions Velcro in place. We assembled it in about 1.5 hours. We had to adjust the back piece assembly a bit because the two metal pieces were not latching as they should, but we loosened the bolts a bit and bingo it slid together. ... show more

I absolutely love this couch! It was easy to put together. If you want to put it together quickly, do so with 2 people. It has a light chemical like smell to it, but I’m sure it’ll fade. If not, I believe you can take off the cushions to wash them. It’s super deep, soft, and I fell asleep on it for the first night of it being up. If you have tried to find a small loveseat in any furniture store lately you know you're looking at $800 or more. Insane. This one fit the bill. Putting it together wasn't too bad although I did have to use a hammer to get the screw holes on the back rest to line up. I really love this couch it fits in my small room! Big plus for when I bring girls over so we can hangout in my room!❤️😍 It's also pretty comfortable and has large cushions it's a little low to the ground but feels wonderful! It's also made in China but it's not cheap Chinese! it's actually high quality material! I also put a couch cover over it to protect it from spills and dirt! Overall the assembly process was a little long about a whole hour you just have to read the directions carefully and watch the installation video you'll be set! Love the couch. Very sturdy. It has a short back and sits low to the ground.it works well for my tiny apartment. I love the extra middle support. The color is gorgeous. The cushions are firm and it’s comfortable to sit on. My only complaint is the fabric is a little itchy. It’s ok for naps.
