great value for price. it’s sturdy and level, and all the pieces align wonderfully. the fireplace itself pushes out a great deal of heat and warms the downstairs just how i had hoped. it’s a beautiful furniture piece and fits my 65in tv. the pieces themselves are thick and sturdy with 0 wobbling. the remote control works as well. delivery was a little wonky — while it DID arrive early, and i knew it would be two packages like the description mentioned, i did NOT realize it was two different SHIPMENTS. package 2/2 arrived by ups in one day while package 1/2 arrived by FedEx in 3 days. I am so happy with this TV stand! It looks fantastic, and I love the fireplace insert. The color is true to the picture and fits a 50-inch TV nicely. The boxes came one day apart. The directions were straightforward to follow. I was able to build it alone, although it took me some time, and I needed breaks. I installed the fireplace before placing the top of the TV stand because it made it easier to mount the fireplace. The packaging was great, as everything arrived intact. I like that you can have the flame effects without using the heater and vice versa. There are three flame effects, so you can change how dim you want the flames. The heater also has a few options. When I turned on the heater, it had the typical new heater smell, but it cleared up quickly. The remote control is great, so you don't have to get up and is very responsive. The TV stand is well made and seems like it will last a long time. My only complaint is that the wood grain on two of the three shelves runs horizontally while one runs vertically. I wish they would all run in the same direction. ... show more

Arrived in good condition. Took about an hour to assemble. Some parts were mislabeled but nothing too difficult to figure out. It’s kind of like Legos for adults! 😆. Looks nice and puts out a lot of heat.

I bought this media console in black. The console arrived very quickly. The box had been badly beaten up, but the console was well protected and there were no broken pieces. All of the pieces and hardware (plus extra hardware) were delivered. The instructions for assembly were detailed with pictures. If the instructions are followed step by step, assembly is easy and straightforward-for the most part. There are areas that could have been aided with pilot holes since there are none. This is especially difficult when attaching the fireplace to the unit. A really long, magnetic philips screwdriver is your best bet- even then it is challenging. We opted to attach the fireplace before attaching the top which was easier than trying to do it after the top is bolted down. There are plenty of wood dowels and cam locks so the unit is probably fairly stable. The top of the unit is actually 64" before attaching the side legs/pieces. The black is not glossy, it is definitely grain exposed farmhouse style black. We did not like the center poles/feet that must be attached for stability. The poles are chrome and ours were dented, we placed the worst one at the back of the unit. We do plan to paint the chrome center feet black because the unit is elevated off the floor and parts of the center chrome feet are visible. The finish seems to nick easily even though we assembled on a carpeted surface. Not awful, but these areas will require a touch up pen. The bottom rail on ours is cut about 1/4" too short leaving a gap between the leg piece and the bottom rail- again not terrible, but it speaks to cheap manufacturing and poor quality control. It is noticeable to us, hopefully guests will not inspect it. This is not a bad piece of furniture and for the price it is ok, but I will probably replace this in the future. Update*** The customer service from this company is 5 big stars. I could not believe that the company reached out to me based on my review and addressed all of the issues I mentioned. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company so committed to customer satisfaction and concerned with product quality improvement. I have changed my initial review from 3 to 4 stars because this company exemplifies what customer care is all about. Thank you Happy Tao! ... show more

I love this tv stand. I got it to replace another one I had that wouldn’t hold our tv. This one holds our 65 inch tv just fine. It’s sleek and sturdy. Took a little while to put together and to make sense of the picture directions, but after a couple hours, the work was worth it. I never knew how much I would appreciate having the fireplace insert until we tried it out. It looks cool even in summer time. Really adds to the ambiance when watching tv with family. Would definitely recommend this stand to others. ... show more

Its a very nice unit for the price. It took me around 2 hours to assemble by myself. As others have mentioned, you will need to drill 4 new holes for the fireplace insert screws. It was delivered within a few days, the unit came from FedEx and the next day the fireplace came from UPS. In these photos is a wall mounted 77” LG G3. The unit is around 2 inches wider than the TV. ... show more

Very nice stand. The fireplace is great. Only negative is comment is they updated the fireplace model which changed the locations of the mounting holes in the fireplace, but they didn’t update the pilot hole locations. I had to ignore the pilot holes provided and mark new holes, then drill new holes for the screws to attach the fireplace. It wasn’t that hard, but a bit unnecessary.
