great value for price. it’s sturdy and level, and all the pieces align wonderfully. the fireplace itself pushes out a great deal of heat and warms the downstairs just how i had hoped. it’s a beautiful furniture piece and fits my 65in tv. the pieces themselves are thick and sturdy with 0 wobbling. the remote control works as well. delivery was a little wonky — while it DID arrive early, and i knew it would be two packages like the description mentioned, i did NOT realize it was two different SHIPMENTS. package 2/2 arrived by ups in one day while package 1/2 arrived by FedEx in 3 days. I am so happy with this TV stand! It looks fantastic, and I love the fireplace insert. The color is true to the picture and fits a 50-inch TV nicely. The boxes came one day apart. The directions were straightforward to follow. I was able to build it alone, although it took me some time, and I needed breaks. I installed the fireplace before placing the top of the TV stand because it made it easier to mount the fireplace. The packaging was great, as everything arrived intact. I like that you can have the flame effects without using the heater and vice versa. There are three flame effects, so you can change how dim you want the flames. The heater also has a few options. When I turned on the heater, it had the typical new heater smell, but it cleared up quickly. The remote control is great, so you don't have to get up and is very responsive. The TV stand is well made and seems like it will last a long time. My only complaint is that the wood grain on two of the three shelves runs horizontally while one runs vertically. I wish they would all run in the same direction. ... show more

Arrived in good condition. Took about an hour to assemble. Some parts were mislabeled but nothing too difficult to figure out. It’s kind of like Legos for adults! 😆. Looks nice and puts out a lot of heat.

We received the product in two different packages. First was the fireplace insert. Second was the surround a few days later. There was no indication there would be 2 deliveries, so when we got one without the other we were a bit surprised. We reached out to inquire and heard nothing. We decided to wait a week before requesting a refund to see if the rest would show up. We'll, it did thankfully. It was a pain to put together, but not difficult. It looks great now. I love this tv stand. I got it to replace another one I had that wouldn’t hold our tv. This one holds our 65 inch tv just fine. It’s sleek and sturdy. Took a little while to put together and to make sense of the picture directions, but after a couple hours, the work was worth it. I never knew how much I would appreciate having the fireplace insert until we tried it out. It looks cool even in summer time. Really adds to the ambiance when watching tv with family. The entertainment shelf was manageable to assemble. I did encounter an issue and contacted customer service. They were able to resolve my concern. The fireplace is gorgeous and puts out pretty good heat. Just in time for the holidays!

I listen to a lot of reviews before I landed on this fireplace TV stand. I wanted something not too big as my living room isn’t huge, but I wanted something. Also that would help my heater out during the winter and after reading a lot of reviews this all the parameters. I can say it was pretty easy to put together. my elderly mother came over and read me the instructions and help me get each part easily screwed the pins in and the cam locks were super easy to lock everything into place very solidly . Let me tell you I’m a blind person and if somethings easy to put together, this makes things a lot better as I can do most of the work myself. I had listen to a review where somebody said make sure you get a long screwdriver to mount the fireplace into its spot. I did that and it was great advice. Make sure you have a long, magnetic screwdriver! It really would’ve helped had there been pre-drilled holes where the fireplace mounts but it wasn’t that big of a deal to power them through. I have a 75 inch TV setting directly on top of it and it’s very solid. I have to say I am very impressed with the product for its price and the fireplace puts out great heat. Can’t wait for winter to get here to see how much better it makes my living room heat up. 100% would suggest this product. ... show more

Our TV stand came with a defective piece. We contacted their customer service and sent pictures and comparisons to the user manual and requested a new part. They send one reply a day and only at like 3am. They said the part wasn’t built wrong THREE TIMES. I said I’d report them to Amazon and THEN they said oh we can send you a new piece but it’s out of stock and once it comes in stock it’ll take 20 days to be shipped to you. I said no thanks I’d like to return this and get a refund. Turns out their return shipping is NOT FREE. Had to contact Amazon who then reached out to the seller. The seller then said no we won’t pay for shipping but we can send you a new one. At this point it’s been an entire week of lugging this 82 lb package around. I said no thanks I just want you to pay for shipping. FINALLY they offered us a refund and said to just keep it. Ended up having to get out the drill to put it together but it’s not aligned because of the defective piece. While drilling part of the “wood” chipped off because of how cheap it is. Don’t recommend having to go through all of that just for a cheaply made tv stand. Color is cute though. ... show more
