I’m a tall guy and I have been searching high and low for a packable counter height table to use for food prep. I can’t believe that more companies don’t make them. I took off one star only because it’s shaky but that’s really to be expected with these kind of tables but it still served my purposes.

    • Quality Design. Mediocre Quality. Unappealing Middle-Ground
This is a disappointing product that I'm going to keep anyway. It needs some improvements out of the box, and I fully expect it to break with use. And I'll fix it or modify it and deal with it until I decide to replace it. Why not return it? The design is rather ingenious. However the manufacturing execution is only 3/10. For example - each leg has an engraved marking labeled "Max". This would be helpful, except they're at random heights. It's like the manufacturing spec said "make this mark somewhere on each leg". Fortunately the lowest height works to put a tabletop grill at counter height, so I'll just leave the legs collapsed and use it as a grille stand. But this takes away from one of this table's claims to fame as a tall table. The storage sack is poor quality and basically disposable. I'll see if I can find one that's larger, taller, and stronger. I also expect the shock cords inside the two poles to snap at some point. But there are only four sections making up the two poles. So shock cords are optional. The table surface is slippery. I could buy a mat to set the grill on, which would keep it in place. But how much stuff do I want to bring to a tailgate? So I'll just deal with the grill sliding around a bit. Overall, I truly believe this is a 3/5 product. Maybe even a 2/5 when a person takes price into account. I wish I hadn't purchased it, but I'll keep it and deal with it. The 5-star reviews are baffling to me. Go in with low expectations and you might be pleasantly surprised. I had high expectations and was disappointed. ... show more

The set up for this table was less that spectacular. The leg adjuster was fine, not can lock but ok. The basket under does not even come close to fitting end to end. It is like it is the wrong one. And the top columns not even get all the holder’s facing the correct direction. They are riveted in so I can’t even turn them around! Going to have to return this and find something else. I was really hopeful with the adjustments on the legs that this would be a good addition to the camp kitchen…..ugh I am so disappointed ... show more
