I'm new to the T-shirt making side of things but this machine was easy to learn and easy to use. Once I figured out the best heat setting for my project it was a breeze. It hasn't burned anything and I love that the bottom slides out to make it easy to work with.

I really like the physical design of the machine. It has a large bed and I like how wide it opens BUT it absolutely sucks at maintaining temperature. If the temperature on the screen is correct, it jumps around 10, sometimes 20 degrees during presses. I wish I would have saved the box to return it... ... show more

I had never used a heat press before and didn’t even know where to start, but after I got comfortable with the press it was so easy! I’ve only used it for htv and haven’t had any issues with it. It's so easy to use and the bottom plate sliding out makes it even better!! It's far superior in ease of use from more expensive models I've used. Worth the money!!! Update: my 30 days just ended on August 11 so now my beautiful machine that does such a fabulous is no more. The digital screen goes blank for no reason. The power button is still lit but I have to switch it off and back on to get the screen to come back up. I can't say I'm unhappy with it other than this but it's kinda worrying because it could have a short and working with heat and electricity - this is a bit dangerous in my opinion...
