This is an amazing cage. It has plenty of space, offers privacy, and is easy to clean. The extra features, such as the slide-out clean trays and the options to open from above, the front, or the cage door, are very convenient. I love that it rolls smoothly. It feels sturdy, although one bunny was able to chew a little on the thinner wood around the ‘house’ area, and there was some splitting of the wood during assembly. It is a beautiful piece and an attractive addition to any space. It is pricey with the shipping, and I had to pay for assembly, but my guy got it assembled in 2.5 hours. *almost 1 year update* when kept put of the elements indoors this has lasted quite well, certainly better than I thought. The only pieces that are almost shot are the roof hinges, due to the incredibly short screws and soft wood holding them on. Cleaning every week has been easy. I would recommend for indoor use. Original: I bought the 2 sided hutch for 6 quail. Firstly it stinks. Not gross, but a mix of what I can guess is the wood and some sort of odo-ban type cleaner. I let it air out before introducing animals. Putting it together was simple just tedious. Some of the pieces don't line up exactly which is more annoying to me aesthetically than it effects functionality. The droppings tray doesn't seem like it will last long, and often gets caught when I'm trying to pull it out. The wire bottom doesn't attach to the cage itself, which makes for easy cleaning but also means it is a bit unsteady under my birds feet, and noisy, I Can't imagine what it would be like for a rabbit. The door locks on the wire and the 'ramp doors' are weak. This is not predator proof by any means, and the wood is so soft i personally would not recommend for outdoor use anyway. This will most likely be a temporary cage while I find something better, which being that it was $200 with shipping costs- is pretty disappointing. ... show more

The hutch arrived with multiple parts broken. No information was given concerning how to contact the company aside from a QR code that took you to a generic site to leave a message for the seller. This makes it difficult to keep a record of our contacts with them. I will update my review as soon as the sellers get back with us. The material is cheap enough that I would not recommend this as an all-weather, out-door hutch. The roof is sturdy enough, but the wood felt more like balsa wood, though it did have a smell more like cedar. ... show more

It is a nice cage but the cleaning it difficult bc the bedding get caught up in the tracks if you put to much bedding you can’t pull the draws out easily plus the picture of it on the website makes it look wider then it is but my rabbits love it and also they are eating the wood so soon I will have to buy a new cage and it won’t be this one ... show more

I bought 3 Pros: easy to assemble in no time at all Looks beautiful Space to hang toys and treats Sturdy Perfect for my little lion head bunny and almost perfect for my giant breed bunnies Cons: a little smaller then you think. The giant bunny pictured is only 3 months old so I will need to upgrade 2 of the hutches because they almost fill up the space. Lacquer smell There is no tray under the sleeping area so you have to vacuum it out and clean it separately. Side note, don't put the wheels on when it tells you, put them on as soon as you get the frame together. Other then that, they are perfect and almost perfect houses for my bunnies. Well built, but wouldn't recommend for growing giant breed bunnies. Perfect for small to medium bunnies. ... show more

Very easy to clean, and sturdy. My rabbit loves it. I think she feels very safe. She is a old 10yr old Holland Lop Dwarf rabbit, so it's the perfect size for her. <3 The instructions say 45min set up LOL I couldn't do it that fast with help. Be warned there is a chance pieces might get scratched up during shipment. There were some minor spots were the paint was scratched off, but I would not blame this seller. Final thing. You will need a small litter box if your bunny will be spending a lot of time there. My bun has arthritis, so I needed to use attach another hay feeder that rests low for her. However, this hutch is ideal for young rabbits!! I plan on using this for a new rabbit when my lil' queen passes on. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE OF PRODUCT AND SELLER! I purchased this item and was excited by the design, look and what I hoped was usefulness for the intended purpose (quail hutch). It was listed by the Seller as eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of purchase. I received the item several days after purchasing and immediately unpacked it and started putting it together. The wood was of very poor quality. it split easily, even with hand-tightening. Even worse, the pre-drilled dowel holes and screw holes did not align. They were several inches off. Consequently, the product could not be put together correctly. It was crooked, would not sit flat on the ground, nor could all the pieces even be assembled at all. After immediately contacting the seller, it takes no less than 24 hours for a reply from the seller each time I respond, which usually is immediately after receiving their reply. There is no customer service phone number or any direct way to contact this seller I could find. I had to contact them through Amazon. At first, they offered me a $20 refund and told me to do a DIY fix. Even if I had the knowledge and desire to DIY this (if I did I would have saved my $220 and built one myself), the poor quality of the wood makes it impossible. Any attempts to try to redrill the holes or whatever it might require to get it to be functional would likely crack and further destroy the wood and the product. After a week of back and forth, the seller still refuses to give me a full refund and has not sent me a return label. ... show more
