Purchased July 30. Working well. Last week it just stopped. Plugged in different outlets. Gone Bye Bye. Wish I could get refund. Lost couple of cords so taking as another big waste of money. I've been using this in the car for a couple of weeks now. I've been using a massager/heating seat like this for years with the same company but thought I'd try a new company I liked this seat not as plush as my others which drives my husband nuts & has to remove when driving. My only issue is theres SO many options but they dont tell you what they are you get a small info sheet with it but what's high heat & low heat?? Its just E1, E2, E3 & they all feel the same. The heat is more on butt & legs vs the back. I would think you would put what each option means in info sheet ... show more

Wish there some strap for bottom cushion can to attached to seat but all good. I place it to passenger side for my wife and she loved it. With car seat warmer and make this product with heat on, it was great. A bit noisy but it is recommended

The seat part of the chair pad is extreme like burn your leg off extreme however there is literally no heat on the back portion of the pad. The massaging unit works great but is rather loud. I have a hard time hearing my customers over the phone when it's on. Also I am assuming it's the heating element or one of the massaging units in the bottom portion of the chair pad is rather large and you can't sit on it for very long because it gets very painful on your thigh or back of leg because it sits up high and bites into your leg. Overall I am not satisfied with this unit and would have returned it but my husband accidentally burned the box it was shipped in. Super fast shipping though. ... show more
