If you fill this container with water and it accidentally gets on its side or if it gets jostled around it leaks water everywhere. I tried taking off the seal and repositioning it that did not help it's still leaks. So fair warning make sure that it stays upright at all times and can't slosh out.

This is great I love it for car trips with our dog. I will say the water flows back in, except a tiny bit. That tiny bit will leak when you fold it closed, but it's only water and it's only a couple drops. Not enough of a reason to return for me. Really great concept!! It doesn’t leak per say, but when you go to close the “bowl” back up, there is a bit of water that doesn’t go back in and it spills. Still way more convenient than a water bottle and bowl on a road trip!
