Super disappointed in these tumblers. At first, I thought the lack of vibrancy (the LOVE ones are supposed to be vibrant dark green) was caused the sublimation paper I bought (like Infusible Ink), but then I printed the "Compass" design on my sublimation printer and it still isn't vibrant at all. I am just getting started with my small business and can't use these for customers. I hate that I'm out the $$ I paid for these!!! ... show more

The AiHeart 20oz Sublimation Blanks Straight Skinny Stainless Steel Tumblers are so great! Every single one came out beautifully! They include the shrink wrap used to make sure the image is pressed up against the tumbler for maximum take from the image. Using heat tape on the rim, bottom, and seam of the image then shrink wrapping it leaves a perfect copy of the image behind. The only thing you have to worry about is the heat shrink melting in the oven but I find a teflon sheet under the project helps a ton and if it does melt you can peel it right off the sheet. I'm really impressed by the image quality once it is done sublimating. The set of tumblers comes with the tumblers, straws and straw cleaning brush, heat shrink, and are individually packaged so if you sell a custom tumbler you can ship it in it's original white box. They are very nice sized tumblers and are easy to handle. The lids are wonderful and when the slide top is closed they do not leak. They keep beverages hot or cold all day. I often fill my cup with ice and ice coffee in the morning and have it most of the day with ice left in it by evening. They are worth the price and great quality! ... show more

I bought these in Nov. 21, I received on time. I live in St.Vincent- the Caribbean, so we need to use curriers, we do not have direct shipping. With that being said...Lets discuss these cups. The good Stuff. These tumblers sublimate WONDERFULLY! I totally loved them. I had a client who loved having his own designs on the cups, he bought them for his fam Christmas gifts. I managed to keep one for my self, It did not sublimate properly ...but that was totally on me, I did not get the time I should leave it in the oven right...So obviously it did not come out grweat at all. But the cup it self keeps Hot stuff hot ( really hot). and cold stuff really cold for hrsss. To the bad stuff I really with these were LEAK PROOF.....They are NOT!... If your cup tumblers over, the lid pops off spilling everything out. SAD ! I took my tumbler to a beach party to show off and get some free marketing from my business, sad to say it dropped out of my hand ...and all my drink was gone!!! I really with the persons producing these would make them spill proof. All in all I am still enjoying my tumbler...I totally love them still. But I would not buy again because of the fact that they spill if they drop. ... show more

Did not come with straws. Looking back it does not advertise it comes with straws which is my fault for not double checking because I have ordered many of these that are very similar which came with straws so I assumed they would, which they should and why I am giving three straws. They sub okay and are good insulation ... show more
