Will definitely purchase eCandles from this Seller again! Prior: Have loads of Luminara candles throughout my home and these matched the Luminara flame color perfectly. Luminara doesn't offer 12" tapers so these were a match on a mantle with other Luminara candles in the room. These are beautiful candles! The batteries go in backward from other candles I own so at first I thought they didn’t work. But both worked perfectly. The bases match the candle and fit very well into the candle holders. However, I find these very pricey compared to others. I got these from Amazon warehouse and saved a little. Too bad, because I would have order several more (need 4 sets total) but not at this price point. I’m keeping them because they are so pretty and I’ll find a place for them. I was happy to have found these in burgundy, to go with my Holiday decor. I purchased 2 tapers and 2 pillars. I was hoping to purchase more, but for every single candle, the remotes did not work. I even went out and purchased new batteries, but they still did not work even with fresh batteries. Also, to open the case is difficult. You can’t easily push the tab with one hand and pull with the other while holding it ( which would require a third hand). Go With a Different Brand! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I use these moving wick tapers on my mantel. The video does not do them justice. They really do look like really candles and they are wax coated. They fit perfect in my Baldwin Brass candle sticks. They take 2 double A batteries and are easy to change when needed. The remote that comes with , makes them easy to turn on and off. We use our candles every night for atmosphere. Dripless candles are costly to purchase when you have several candles (7 for me) going at one time. With these battery candles I never have to worry about taking them off the mantel and blowing them out while dripping wax all over and they aren’t a fire hazard like real candles are. They are great and if they ever mal function in time, then I will just replace them. ... show more

These candles are nice and as advertised . I have bought a more expensive version of these candles where the flame is more realistic in color . But one wouldn’t notice unless side-by-side. For the price they’re a good deal. Moving wick makes them very realistic, even up close. Packaging came “crunched” which was problematic for gifting but overall satisfied. ... show more
