Rock hard when fully inflated. Comes with everything. Pump has high and low pressure mode, inflates and deflates, bag is awesome and has two compartments. Holds a kayak paddle or sup paddle on side. Brilliant.

As a stand up paddle board this is not rigid enough at full 15 PSI. My 80 lb child stood on it before putting it in the water and the board had depressions around her feet. It's rated for 450 lbs. That being said, it works well as a hybrid kayak. We have only used it once on the water. It seems well made and all the accessories were great. I ultimately chose this SUP because I was looking for a larger board that would hold two adults in kayak mode [which it does] , stable with 3 fins for a large adult to stand and paddle [does not], and this one came with many accessories including a carrying shoulder strap. I think I'll need to look at a SUP in a higher price point to get one that's both stable and rigid. This product did not fully meet my expectations. ... show more

Okay, so this inflatable paddle board is so much nicer than I was expecting! The material it is made from is sturdy and thick, so you don't have to worry about getting holes in it easily. It comes with 5 fins, so you can really customize them to your ability. I, being a beginner, use both of the little side fins and the largest center fin, so I have the most stability mixed with good maneuverability as well. And this board is wide! I was worried I would be too afraid to get on it, but because it's so wide, it's really stable. And the length, holy smokes. You don't realize how big 12 feet is until you get this thing inflated. You could easily fit three people on this thing. The paddle is really cool, and I like the way it goes together as either a stand-up paddle or a kayak paddle. This comes in super handy since this paddle board comes with a seat and footrest as well. I admit, I will use it as a kayak sort of board much more often than as a SUP, but having the option for both is awesome nonetheless. The pump it comes with works great, but do be prepared to take 10 to 15 minutes to inflate this thing all the way. I really like that it has a pressure gauge built into the pump so you know when you have it at the proper inflation pressure. And the backpack-type bag that everything packs into is really nice! It holds everything neatly in place with room to spare. I can keep my life vest in the pack with everything else, plus an extra air pump and other accessories. There really is so much space in the pack. And it's very well made. The extra accessories, like the cup holder, the dry bag, the shoulder strap, and the phone waist bag are all nice additions as well. I imagine I will make use of them all. And because the paddle board has Bungie and elastic straps on both the front and the back, I have room for my cooler as well. This really is the perfect paddle board bundle, and I highly recommend it. ... show more

I like that it is both kayak and paddleboard. I took it out today for about 1 1/2 hours on very calm waters and liked the paddleboard part more than the kayak part. Though it is wide, I still needed to feel for the balance of board; I was able to shift about as I needed to not fatigue my bum leg. I had attached the seat before setting out and did not come ashore to switch to kayak; but I did move closer to shore. I was able to reposition the seat for the kayak part without falling in, though I will add carabiners to make my moves easier in the future. I wanted the seat to be slightly behind where I normally stand. So, if I had carabiners, I can attach/detach seat much faster and smoother. I found the seat comfortable and did not need the back as much because I had to lean a bit forward; the kayak paddle extension was not long enough for my position on the board. My board moved like a drunken sailor. Even though the kayak paddle was a little short, I appreciated that I could change the paddle to kayak paddle. All in all, I like this board and will look forward to longer water time on it. ... show more

It's an all-in-one kit, that's really well made, well designed, and high quality. I don't have a single negative comment about anything in this package. Overall, I think it is work the price, especially considering all it comes with, and how high the quality is. This is just a lot of fun, and I'd highly recommend it!
