The media could not be loaded. There are enough weight blocks to have a set of two dumbbells totaling 11 pounds each. There is nothing to stop you from cannibalizing one of the dumbbells to make a single, heavier dumbbell with the other’s blocks (although I suspect at some point the innermost plastic connectors might not support the additional weight). These are very close to their stated weights. They feel very solid. I had no trouble using or adjusting them. IF there is a weak point, it’s going to be the sliding connectors that attach the blocks together—but no trouble so far. The bar is solid and pleasant to hold. Since they’re square, they work well as push-up handles. These take up far less space than equivalent, individual weights would, which is a plus. I really wish they came in some kind of a case. I’m keeping them in their foam shipping mold, but that is breaking over time. Overall, an ingenious design and they serve their function well. Price seems a little high, but perhaps similar to buying individual weights. ... show more

These weights from Hezeyferg are fantastic. I have to be very careful with weights and can only do low impact exercises, so I was thrilled to find these click-on, click-off weights that offer low weights. The handles are gripped and easy to hold and, since they are square, they are easy to hold onto while doing pushups. When I accidentally dropped them, there's no rolling so I didn't get scared and jump out of the way. I also appreciated the extra large exercise banner and have found the exercise instructions well-written and I have incorporated some of them into my routine.
