These are amazing. It comes with twelve weights and two dumbbells, obviously meant to be split between them. However, it is possible to add all the weights to a single dumbbell if you want without any trouble. Each weight says it's one pound a piece, with the initial weight of the dumbbell being 2.2 pounds each without the weights added. The weights are small and easy to insert. Just remove the endcap weight and add the weights you want to use to the ends. When it instructs you to do it at a 45 degree angle, it means rotation. you'll want to turn it right to lock it and left to unlock and push the tab at the top to help unlock. They're easy to slip on and easy to take off. Even with having issues sometimes with my hands, I was able to get them on easily and quickly. These are great for some lightweight strength training, especially if you're just getting into it and need to buildup your strength. I recommend looking up some strength training videos on youtube to watch while you use them for fun, or invent your own safe and fun exercises to enjoy. ... show more

I can’t say I’ve ever wished I had a 6.6lb or 11lb hand weight; my mind is more attuned to the traditional amounts (5, 10lbs). But, it’s up to me how I adjust and use them. These weights have been great! I've been using them for a few weeks now and they're easy to snap on and off with no issues and I don't worry about them accidentally unclipping and falling on my toes. They don't feel cheap, have great grip, and the only thing I wish I could change is the fact that there is no labeling of weight. I just have to remember that the handle is roughly 2 pounds and each added weight adds two pounds. If each piece was marked/stamped/stickered or something, it would be so useful to me and my forgetful brain. For now, I'll just sticker it myself. ... show more

Reviewing Hezeyferg Adjustable Dumbbells Set of 2, This is a great way to do adjustable dumbbells. Each block weighs 1.1 lbs. The bar weighs 2.2 lbs. If you want more weight, add more blocks. Less, remove blocks. You can have two 11 lb. dumbbells, or one 22lb dumbbells. They are durable and the weight is true. I ordered pink just to add some flair to the home gym. Each block is easy to take on and off and are firmly locked in place when they are on. The grip on the bar is good but I’ve added some foam tape to make them more comfortable in my hands. In addition, the blocks are square, so I don’t need to worry about the dumbbells rolling away when I set them down. These dumbbells are worth the price! My only complaint is that each block is not labeled with weight, which is a huge miss in my book. Rating 4 stars. ... show more

These are interesting like the selectable weights but it's just a tiny tab. If you put them all on one you get a heavier weight. Take them all off for a lighter weight. The metal part is the same as any dumbell. Easy twist and snap into place. The end caps only have a connector piece on one side. The metal does have the etched grip on it. ... show more
