First, I have to give a shout out to the beautiful color scheme! Although it's called rainbow it reminds me more of like a 70s take on multicolor, which I'm not complaining about. It's unique! I think this is a great set for women because of the smaller lbs , this will probably be my go to set of free weights for lateral raises and progressively overloading from there. It's very easy to switch to another lb, just make sure the weight is secure in it's base and use your wrist to turn the handle to your desired weight.
