I put the mask on and let it stay in overnight with a silk cap and a towel on my pillow. I shampooed it out in the morning. My hair feels stronger, healthier, smooth and soft. The package directions say to use 1x a week or for best results 2x a week. I plan on using this 2x a week as I liked the results with my first time use. I have a feeling that it will make my hair stronger, smoother the more I use it. I wish they would make a leave in deep conditioning hair mask, as I only wash my hair once a week because its SO dry. I am 61 yrs old, going almost white in front and salt and pepper in the back. I used to foil my hair back in 2020, then stopped and let it all grow in naturally. The white on me actually looks platinum my hairdresser said and it is on trend now, many people want your color she said. The only problem with growing older is the dryness and courseness of my whites and greys...continuous flyaways, frizz and split ends...ugh. Then I tried this mask...its a game changer. For the first time in a long time it feels alive, less flyaways, less frizz, less split ends, less coarseness. It's smooth, soft and it swings, it's bouncy after I use this. Feels so healthy! I'm in love with the way my hair feels again, just like when I was younger! This is youth in a jar for your dry, brittle, damaged, coarse, bleached or aging mature white/grey dry hair! I definitely recommend this product! :) Now if I can only find a miracle skin cream for my aging dry skin that firms and lifts and reduces sun spots. Lol I do take Vital Proteins Collagen powder daily and that does help with my hair, skin, nails and joints. My hair and nails grow so fast! I have been reading up on the benefits of copper peptides for the skin, and may purchase a product called Mirror Skin, lots of good reviews. Only problem is, it can't be mixed with retinol or vitamin c....the two products I currently use. Vitamin c by day, retinol at night, plus a good moisturizer. I have only used this one time but the results were amazing! I live in Florida so I deal with frizzy hair all the time. Before the end of the day I usually pull my hair up because I hate how frizzy my hair is. I am always willing to try any product that says it will get rid of the frizz. So I washed my hair with Keratin Complex shampoo (did not use conditioner), towel dried it and put the product in. I left it in for about 2 hours. Then I washed and conditioned my hair like normal. After blow drying my hair I flat ironed it and I was blown away at how smooth and soft my hair was. Even my husband commented on how smooth my hair looked. The real test was the next day. When I got up the next morning my hair still looked the same. I did not have to touchup my hair at all and it survived the entire day without getting frizzy at all! I have used purple shampoo and blue shampoo multiple times trying to remove this god-awful straw color that It turned to my beautiful natural gray hair.     • Game Changer for Black Natural Hair
I previously had a bad experience at the salon where the stylist put some type of straightening chemical in my hair without me knowing and completely ruined my curl pattern. I can't say if she mixed perm in the shampoo or what but it was awful afterwards. Anywho...I've been on the hunt for some time for something that could semi-bring me back closer to my original hair state but I knew that I wanted to try something as natural as possible and what is closer to natural than a 100% Vegan hair product??? I first rinsed my hair in apple cider vinegar and then shampooed. Instead of towel drying I applied the mask in the shower to dripping wet hair immediately and then went go out for 30 minutes. As soon as I looked in the mirror I could see my natural curls forming. I got excited and showed hubby and he agreed that it appeared to be working. I really wish they had a lotion-based leave-in because if I could have kept that curl form without washing it out that would have been AMAZING! I have shoulder-length hair so depending on how much hair you have you can get around 3 uses before replacing. The leave-in spray was okay as well.
