It’s easy to assemble, the grip is good. The weight is adjustable, which is excellent because I’m constantly changing it. I think it’s a worth the money. The only real downside I have is that I wish they had just the sliding weight pieces that you can buy separate to add more weight

A screw holding a spring in one of the pieces was stripped and left in there, consequently upon picking up one of the hand weights the part came off and the weight fell apart, thankfully no one was injured, my husband found the stripped out screw and replaced it and glued it in place.
