I like these a lot. I'd like to get a 2nd set so I can work out both arms at the same time. The dumbell safely locks the discs on the bar. When you put the bar down in the tray, it triggers the release so you can simply twist the bar to the marked weight that you desire. When you pick the weight back up, it will re-trigger the safety and only lock in the discs for the selected weight. Note: Be careful unpacking them. They were not locked and a weight disc fell out of the box. My bare foot had a close call. And they're around 6lbs a piece! ... show more
