I wanted to wait to review this product until I used it for a few months. The weight set is absolutely beautiful and I love that it goes all the way up to 25 pounds. I will say I have noticed in the last week that they are getting a little sticky and changing, the weights has become a little bit more difficult. I will say when I’m trying to do drop sets it does get annoying that I have to throw them back on the tray and then move the peg especially when my arms are fatigued. They do make a stand for this product but it is an additional $100ish and I have not convinced myself yet that I need to spend that money And the product is new with fairly low reviews. One other con is that I have cut my finger on the locking mechanism before. I still really enjoy these weights and they look really, really pretty. I will update my review in a few months to see how they hold up. ... show more

I’m 76 years old and have had a complete shoulder replacement. I am still recovering but have recovered far enough that the doctor says I can start using 5 & 10 pound weights doing arm curls. After looking at all the choices in adjustable weights, almost all had reviews saying the weights had come loose. These weights are my best choice by far.
