I wanted a Adirondack chair but didn't want to pay $150-300 per chair or go for a cheap one made of wood and I found this one with a $40 discount!. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Regardless of what other people posted, to me at least, it was very easy to assemble. I got 2 chairs and did both myself. The design is very comfortable and easy to clean and I love the color! The only issue I found was that some screws are too big (pic 2), they are hidden and unless some one is analyzing the chair, nobody will notice them sticking out, but it seemed weird to me not to use such huge screws and I thought I was doing something wrong or got wrong screws but, read a couple of reviews that complained about it. These are a lot of work to put together, but they look great and have handled the weather well. There are several screw holes marked but not drilled. The instructions tell you to screw each one in by hand, without a drill. This makes it take a really long time for assembly. Overall we were pleased with the result and have enjoyed using them. Love this adirondack chair! Very easy to assemble. Just be careful to not over tighten or strip the screw heads. Once assembled it is no different than most others...comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The material is holding up well to being left outside and im seeing no loss in stability. There was a slight wiggle in the arms from the get-go, but as long as you don't use excessive force while getting in or up, its not noticeable. Im a large guy and dont get any sense of issue while using this chair. My wife absolutely loves it. The color is solid and not fading in the least. Great product! ... show more

    • horrible instructions and holes don't match
I've given up after 2 hours. Living room is full of parts/pieces. The screw holes do not line up. The instructions are worse than a brillo pad for toilet paper. Might be a decent chair if you can guess where to mount the legs so they don't wobble.
