I'm throwing away all my patio chairs. Not really, but, these are extremely comfortable and the price is unbeatable. I bought these for meditation out in nature. I'm not good at meditating seated cross-legged so, these are a great alternative. The locking mechanism is not very effective but the design keeps your legs elevated pretty well with body weight alone. I'm 5'10" and weigh 205lb. and these support me just fine. If you are bigger, taller and/ or have a large frame, I'd spent the extra money and get a higher quality chair. Also, my heels rest right on the foot bar so, again, if you're taller, maybe consider getting a longer chair. My feeling is that these are sturdy enough for an adult who will use them gently. I don't recommend flopping down on them, coupling, or letting children rough house on them or they will be damaged. Otherwise, these are a great value and will serve my purposes perfectly. We like Everything but the fact that the locks to lock the raised legs portion, will not hold, We’re afraid that if we try and force them any further, that they’ll break,… but they already don’t work like they should ( either chair ) so what difference would it make if we forced them to a breaking point ? That aside. They’re Very comfortable. They’re sturdily built, and fold as compactly as possible. To get the foot to rise though, you need to use Your feet to push against the low foot bar. It took me a bit to figure that out, but once learned, it was an easy enough thing to do,… we just need to figure out a way to keep the foot end elevated ... show more

I finally pulled the trigger to purchase a zero gravity chair. I looked at all the reviews and due to price these were my choice. They are nice chairs, first unfold is tight, but after that they unfold quite easily. Love the side caddy for phone, drink or whatever. Very easy to stretch out once you sit in them. You can lock in place once you find your comfy spot, I don't lock them so it's easy to sit up or lay back. Pretty sturdy and the size is perfect for us, I'm 125 and husband is 190 and they are fine. He loves them as he like to nap and still wants to be outside. Very easy to use and to attach the side caddy. I store the caddy within the fold to not lose them. No disappointment here with this purchase, and they got here in time for upcoming trip. Yippee!! ... show more

I love my chairs, very comfortable, but, the one I sit in, the material is starting to pull away from the rivets that is connecting it to the frame. I bought them this past spring. No one sits in the other one. I may switch them out and see if it does it too.
