The media could not be loaded. This item is easy to install, does exactly what it says it will, and is also very minimal as far as parts go. Installation totaled maybe 5 minutes start to finish and includes both an adhesive option as well as a hardware option(screws) that way you can either screw it into place or avoid ugly holes in your door/siding if you don’t want them. Overall I’d give this 4 out of 5 stars simply because the item works as intended but there’s no way to secure the doorbell into place since the front cover of this item simply pops in and out with the push of a button on the bottom so if someone wants to steal your doorbell all they have to do is simply walk up, push the button on the bottom and pop the cover off and remove the doorbell from the mount. ... show more

I had broken both clips at the top of my Blink Doorbell, and it would not attach to the baseplate. The difference with this mount, you place the whole doorbell inside the holder, and no clips are needed to attach the doorbell. This was exactly what I needed to hold the doorbell in place. I'm not sure how the adhesive on the back works because I used the screws to hold the doorbell in place using the same screw holes in the wall. ... show more

I went through 2 mounting plates for my doorbell camera. The company does replace them for free but it's annoying that the clips break with every battery change. THIS def solved the problem as the entire doorbell slides in the casing. The backing is super sticky but you have the option to screw it to an exterior wall also. ... show more

It’s been about a year now. 100% Would not buy again. The face cover w clips in to hold the blink/ring camera in place no longer latches. So the face cover either falls off or even batter the top half comes off, leaning forward, perfectly blocking 80-90% of the camera’s view. The worst part is, when i go to pull this .03cent plastic cover off, its going to yank the trim off the door and leave a huge foam sticky piece on the wall when it gets peeled/scraped off ... show more
