I liked these beads when received because they are beautiful -- white with gray veins. However, I just made a bracelet with a few and found one with an indentation that looks like a bad manufactured bead (4th from left). This led me to examine every bead and I found that the veins of gray were present in the drilled holes so the veins are real because could not be painted on. I also found one other bead with a similar indentation, but it had gray veins within the indentation, so I feel that is also a good indication that the veins go throughout the stone. I am relieved because I am making these to sell, and am claiming they are authentic natural stones. ... show more
