    • Don't buy , it's a money pit
I have purchased two of these printers in the last year and half. Now I have two completely useless printers that won't turn on and all I hear is a faint beeping sound. I contact costumer support. They keep saying I did something to them , when I didn't. After researching it myself it's the print head burnt out the mother board. I requested for these parts. They wanted me to pay another 500 dollars. I would not recommend this company to any one. They do not back their product . ... show more

Can someone help me with dtf old printer. After I print once it stops working. Have to reset paper every time, and not easy always says out of paper. I have a roll of dtf. And once I print once it kicks out 5 feet of film after that. I did have seller help and worked great first day, then when started machine again it does same thing. ... show more
