This is a piece of junk! Arrived damaged , the wheel was smashed and cracked completely, item was falling on one side . Made cheaply , the hose was bad , all the hot air was coming just off it . After 2 weeks of use randomly stopped working, and almost caused fire !!! No air was blowing , no water was draining , was extremely overheating and smelled like burning ! Seems like compressor has died . Tried to contact the seller and never got a response! I I want my money back!!! ... show more

The unit works wonderfully, nice and cold. The fan is set a little high in my opinion, the low setting seems like the medium-high very strong wind. This rivet? about 3/8" wide (see in pictures) fell out when unboxing, kind of unnerving, that's why only 4 stars. I didn't see where it came from, I don't see anything missing, maybe it's from underneath the unit or from something else. Well fingers crossed, so far so good. ... show more

This little unit has kept us comfortable all summer. We use the dehumidifying settings which keep the humidity down but still cools without using as much electricity as the ac setting.

This product is extremely loud, air blows as about as good as a cheap fan. Read the reviews online before deciding to purchase. I had already bought before I read the real reviews online. Gave it 1star because my request to return was approved. Also, no customer service to contact for help. DO NOT BUY ... show more

    • Blows cold... till it doesn't
Machine runs great until it reaches desired temperature. Then it simply turns off and doesn't come back on again until I power cycle the machine. Not very useful when it auto resets to 76 degrees in the middle of the night and I have to wake up to go turn it back on.

The remote didn’t work & it’s not as cold as I thought it would get… there’s a lot of good reviews on here so I’m a little thrown off but honestly I’m not expert when it comes to ac units lol.
