The fan works great. It looks great too. It was easy for me to put together and install. The remote box where everything connects fits well above the support bracket. However, make sure you get the house wiring up into the junction box so the remote box fits better. The fan output is amazing with this fan. In fact, after installing this in the living room, I purchased another for the bedroom. The first fan had silver screws. Which I don’t like, but I painted them black. So happy that this fan finally arrived! Been needing an upgrade for our set of fans for our garage as we plan to open a shop in there and want to keep it extra cool during these upcoming summer months. Last year, we could only afford smaller fans, ranging up to 52in Max and had to install two just to get increased insulation for the latter half of our garage. While they do do keep it somewhat cool, we're thinking that an even larger fan if not an industrial fan would be ideal for the space and may not even need 2 smaller fans. Because of the height of the garage, we need large blade fans like this the circulate a good amount of air all at once to truly keep the wind moving and dissipate the hot air before it settles, making anyone staying inside the garage for more than a few minutes very uncomfortable. Upon opening, I can see that the parts are all sectioned away neatly and in exact compartments within styrofoam, making sure that nothing arrived damaged irorhifted out of place in general. You get all you need to install the fan (save for a screwdriver), from screws, to brackets, to wirecaps to completely seal off electrical connections. Will update the review when we get this fully installed but for now everything is neatly in place and can be assembled comfortably and under a half hour or so. No issues when testing the wires via a DC extension cord, no sudden stops or the motor giving out. Remote control comes with two batteries, always a nice touch, and no issues with lagging reaction or irregular delays when pushing buttons to control the fan or light. I'm always a fan of lights that are adjustable and dimmable, and the brightness of the LED is just what I wanted. Nothing in the kit feels cheaply made or that it will shatter or break suddenly. Most of the unit is made out of a metallic base save for the blades themselves which are wooden and the LED lights and cover which are mostly plastic. No complaints so far and I'll update if anything changes but I'm confident that this will last for quite some time and truly help cool everything down. ... show more

We had no issues installing the fan so that was a positive. I am only giving this 3 stars because the fan does look a little cheap(you get what you pay for). The light isn’t bright and it has a plastic cover. It does the job so I would probably do 3.5 stars of I had that option/

Prettier than I expected, quality looks good for the price of it, it is very quiet, love that the light has 3 different settings, wish it would go a tad bit faster but still puts off enough air flow to freshen up the room!

Bought this fan for my dad who has a customer that needed to replace their fan. My dad said it is very easy to install out of the box but he has done many fans replacement before and it took him about 2 hours not including running new wires. The fan is very modern he said and the control works great. His customer is very happy with the new fan. For information the room they use it in is a large living room. The media could not be loaded. Installed OK. Started the light no issue as it comes on at power up from circuit. Started fan and it worked for 1 min. Then started beeping at the remote receiver in ceiling. The fan stopped work and whenever I reset and push the remote to start fan it just beeps. Fan won’t start. Light still works. I have had this same issue with other fans that use this same remote. Never works and they always need to send another one. If you don’t like doing jobs twice I would stay away from this one. Hope they send a new one soon. Then I can follow up with a good comment. ... show more
