The media could not be loaded. I am extremely happy with this 50-in fireplace. It really is so beautiful. I like that it has color choices, but I like the traditional orange flames best. I put a few crystals in with the logs and it's sooo pretty. Installation was the easiest project I've had all year. I am using mine on the outside of the wall and it does not protrude very far. I did this all by myself as a 53-year-old woman. Highly recommend this fireplace. So many color choices and random settings. The heat works good too. If I need to update this winter or when it gets really cold in the room I will. Order one! Great price and great product! ... show more

I purchased this fireplace insert for my recent project!! This is very easy to install as the framing dimensions are very clear. There are three heat settings (High, Low and Off) which allows use to use the fireplace with, or without, heat. The heater works well and the fan/blower is very quiet. The brightness of the flame effects is lower than the advertised pictures, but, it still works well. i do like that there are multiple color/brightness settings. It’s beautiful and it works, it came with two Options either clear crystals as decor or the wood logs fyi you can’t really do both like other fireplaces I’ve seen because there isn’t enough space on the bottom unless you did just a couple of the crystals on top of the fake logs which in my opinion looked a bit tacky and out of place, so we opted to only have the logs. It felt like the crystals would give it a more modern look and the logs a more rustic one. It comes with a control so you don’t have to be touching it and leaving smudging on the glass with your fingers all the time. I have seen some reviews that say theirs stoped working and shattered so I’m hopeful for mine. So far it’s been great! Especially given the price. ... show more

This fireplace was purchased to replace a $350 RV fireplace that malfunctioned and melted a power wire. I'm glad it didn't cause a fire but we never leave it running when we are not in the RV. The more expensive one didn't have touch screen, nor dual fan speeds, nor 12 color options. This one has it all. It weighs a bit more than the old one, and the rear box was 1/4" larger so it wouldn't fit until I cut out the frame which was no big deal. It also has a straight plug instead of a flat plug which caused me to move the outlet for it, but it's in and works great. Much better remote with logical icons. It blows the heat out much further into the room on high fan. About the only drawback is that it doesn't remember the last color you chose, you have to go through the colors when you start it up. We decided the logs were good enough and will use the crystals for something else. ... show more
