The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install, remote easy to operate, didn't use to heat the room yet since I installed it in summer (getting ahead of things before fall and being in North Florida space heat is all we use here) so it's just perfect. I love the modern it adds to the barn house I'm building. My husband says it's the best feature in the house now. 😆 definitely makes me feel cozy, relaxed, wealthy, romantic, sitting in front of it with a cup of coffee sets my mood for the day and my dogs love laying by it. Hopefully keeps them warm this winter and doesn't flip our breakers with extended use. I'll report back if it does. ... show more

I bought the 43" electric fireplace for my bedroom and like it. The beads are glued to the fireplace so you can't move them around and they look a little sparse/thin. I'm going to try to add some additional glass beads to see if the fire light reflects through them. The colors of the fireplace are nice and its fun to change the flame color and the glass rock bed color. The heater works nice and you can set it to Low, High or a specific temperature up to 82 degrees. It warms up a bedroom nicely but I'm not sure about a larger, open room. The flames aren't quite as realistic as I'd like them to be but I like them better the more I use the fireplace. There's no feet provided but I have it sitting flat rather than mounted or recessed. There's not any heat at the bottom of the fireplace so my dresser doesn't get hot when it runs. If it did, I would wall-mount it but its working as is for me. There is a low sound when the heater is running. You don't hear it over the tv volume but in a completely quiet room, it does initially sound a bit loud until you can tune it out. I don't really hear the sound now when the room is quiet. This is a good value for the price point. For an enhancement, I'd love it if the glass rock bed glowed and dimmed like real coals instead of solid colors but again, its such a great price point that this functionality would have to increase the price. ... show more

It was easy to install. It works great as supplemental heat in our Camper and adds ambiance with just the flames when you don’t need heat. Mounting on camper walls does require some pre planning and extra support from the hardware store. Very nice Product😊

This electric fireplace looks like a million bucks! I chose it for the fact that it could be installed in a shallow frame since I had limited space. The heat output in impressive if you use it for that. The look of the flame is also realistic. I love all the different color combinations available. I did however remove the clear plastic faux rocks and added river rocks for a more high end look. ... show more

    • Warnings before buying.
it was a good lightning deal, so much so that I am conflicted about returning it. I bought 3 models but 2 arrived damaged I am very sad about not being able to utilize them. Warning 1. not a quiet item, you can't turn off the imitation fireplace sounds. 2. in the same line cant turn off the lights while running the heater, the lights are not functional so if you want to use it just for heat, say to cozy up to watch a movie you won't be able to turn off the lights. 3. soft metal body bends very easily careful how you handle it. Major flaws 1. arrived with some sides and corners damaged. 2. packaging can not handle the transport, because you can clearly tell when it got moved around the whole body also went through movement, and so the black plastic backing came off one side when the frame moved. 3. can not lock it to the low setting when you want to adjust the temperature. so you can only either run it in a low setting constantly or if you want to adjust the temperature it will automatically switch to the high setting of 1500 watts which can trip your breaker. I have to reset the fuse constantly. Very Bad 1. when opening the box, found 3 screws came off, two of them bent the frame hole as they were coming out so you can't even put them back in. 2. one of the ribbited standoffs that hold the front mirror up was completely broken and came off because of a slight bent to the whole body even when mounted level it looks off. Very good 1. it is a good and low price point, so can't really complain about metal quality as it is super soft and bendy. 2. very DIY friendly. mounting bracket is its own templet. lightweight helps to hand it. ... show more
