This is the best camera. It’s WiFi free. Has great picture quality during the day and at night. When I use the microphone to talk to my daughter she can clearly understand me and I her. The battery lasts a long time. I can make it last weeks sometimes (that’s when I don’t have it on all night). When I have it on all night it will last a few days. It’s also super easy to set up. You just plug it in basically so it makes bringing it to other places very easy. You can zoom in pretty far and still see clearly. It’s sensitive to noise which I love. The screen goes dark unless it hears noise, then it brightens up. The screen is nice and big which makes using the dual screen even better. This is a game changer with two kids now. My only complaint is that the sound machine feature isn’t great. The White noise is not a good white noise sound. I don’t know how to describe it but we opted to but separate white noise machine due to the monitors sound being annoying. So don’t buy it for the white noise; buy it for all the other amazing features. ... show more

This camera and monitor system works fantastic for our family. The picture is very clear, audio is crisp, and it's helpful to be able to easily switch between two cameras. I really like the large size of the monitor display. No WiFi connectivity which gives me peace of mind to avoid possibility of creepy hackers. Customer service is excellent. I had one camera die after 5 mos of use and going through the troubleshooting steps on their website didn't work. I contacted customer service the weekend before Christmas and someone responded very quickly - on Sunday! A new camera has been shipped out today (Monday) at no additional cost. The monitor and cameras worked great for about a year. I was very happy with it. Easy set up and Clearer pictures than the last baby monitor than we had before. Then one day one of the two cameras started having a buzzing noise and about a week later the monitor would not turn on. I would plug it in and the red light will show up and after a few hours, the light would turn green, indicating that it was charged, but nothing. EDIT: the seller did a wonderful job by quickly replying to my review and sent a new monitor and camera set! Again, the cameras and monitor are great! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. Love this monitor set! Comes with two cameras and all we had to do was plug them in and they were already connected to the viewing unit. Has music options that you can put on a timer for different time increments. There’s a microphone to talk to baby and try to soothe before you can get there. It doubles as a nightlight. There’s a temperature sensor so you can tell easily if baby’s room is too hot or cold. I love that it does not connect to WiFi so it can’t be hacked. Easily one of my favorite purchases as a new mom. We have had this monitor for about a year now. Originally purchased it when we had our second and wanted a non-WiFi monitor option. It has been great! The split screen is my favorite feature. It’s easy to travel with, reliable, has a good battery life and good picture quality. Recently the parent unit stopped charging. Good monitor. The antenna is a little prone to breaking and it’s worth noting that when you’re using the dual/split screen feature you can only hear audio on one of the monitors so if you want audio for both kids that are sleeping you won’t be able to do that. It has good range and we like it overall. Oh one more eh thing is when the nightlights on it makes a high pitched noise that many may not hear but it’s definitely there goes away as soon as the lights turned off. Camera image is great and audio is too you can also talk to your kiddo via the monitor I think you can even use it as a sound machine as well? But we don’t use that feature.
