I am rewriting this review. I originally gave this item one star because when I received it the entire left side of the logs were not glowing. I had a feeling it was something simple but Amazon insisted on sending me an entire new unit. Since I already had it mounted on the wall I thought I would take it apart and see what was wrong. WELL!!! Turns out someone from the manufacturer failed to plug the lights on the left side in. Viola!!! I plugged it in and now it works beautifully. AND I don't have to send it back.
