The arms gave me a little trouble but my husband was able to get them on properly. The chair seems sturdy. I like the massage and the heat. Im a plus size guy and use this chair as part of my gaming setup and for the price, it is very comfortable! I can easily put in an 8 hour or longer gaming session in it. The chair was easy to assemble, and altho some of the parts felt cheap, it has held up amazing over the last 4 months. I haven’t use the foot rest because of how cheap it feels, almost like an afterthought. The heated seat gets warm enough to feel and the massage function is surprisingly strong for the price of the chair. The chair is nice and sturdy, the only complaint I have is that the leg rest is weak and held on by plastic mounts, when you extend it out it feels like it will snap off if you rest your legs on it, it bends down very easily and you can tell it’s weak. This chair is firm but soft where it needs to be. It is pretty sturdy. Mine had a broken wheel and I contacted customer service and they sent me replacements. It is very easy to assemble. The seat has a little weight so you may need another person for that part. As far as appearance, it is a very professional but fluffy looking chair. As far as the adjustments, it goes back as far as it says. I think there are three settings for height. Remember to lock the seat when you adjust the tilt. ... show more

My wife gifted me this chair on my Birthday 5 month ago. I used this chair 3 hrs day monday to Friday very low use. Still wheel broke wheels comes out . Cheap quality material. Don’t recommend to anyone to purchase this product.

Looks great, massage and heat are better then others, soft well made BUT, I feel like I'm sliding off the chair when it is reclines, also, I believe the description says it is also a 'rocker' but no it isn't (unless I'm missing something but I don't think so). For a swivel/recliner chair it's ok. PS, I put this together by myself and when attaching the back to the seat the metal 'part' hanging down from the 'back' goes INSIDE the metal bracket of the seat, the 3 holes line up perfectly (just takes a little muscle to get the bolts to go in)! ... show more
