The product arrived with a broken rear wheel from the shipping company. Customer service didn’t excellent job at replacing the wheel. I truly appreciate all their help. It was very easy to assemble the scooter. The tools necessary came with it.

    • Manufacture defect!
I had to have repair shop fix the scooter. The wiring was backwards to the battery. Cost another $250. . I would not buy off Amazon again. Go to a scooter store!

Very nice, just been riding around my outside. It does go through my yard and my gravel driveway. This will be nice when I go anywhere there is alit of walking as I can't walk long distances anymore
