My son has a slipped disk and can't walk far without falling, also he was in a car accident and now has short term memory lost. This scooter has opened a new world for him, I have built a ramp with a10 degrees slope I will be back with pictures, we are trying to run down the charge that came on the battery he has taken it around the block with long steep hills he has been to home dep and the food store, and it still has the same charge on it. So far, the only thing that is giving him trouble and going to cost me more money is my deck is not wide enough for him to turn into the door off of the ramp and I'm going to have to widen it. The turning is an 8.5-foot circle. That is why I took one star from it, I'll be back with pictures My son is a big boy 225 pounds that ramp is 14 foot long and he has no trouble whatsoever going up it or down. If you need a ramp all it needs to be is 24" wide, no more than 12 degrees. Check local codes. 10/24/23 I have changed to 5 stars and wish I could give more, the dealer is tops in my book. Do not be scared to buy from them. 3/3/24 this is my second one it is so great, I just wish that the dealer would get back with me about buying a new battery as I dropped the first battery and busted the case, I fixed it but would love to have a spare on hand.     • Great scooter, one cheap part, GREAT customer service!
The scooter is Just what I wanted! Nice styling with a headlight and a USB port! Sits well for a 6’1” tall man. Unfortunately the steering shaft broke. Customer service was great and sent a new one. It had to ship from China so it took about a week, which meant I had to use a wheelchair during that time. A spare replacement part to keep on hand would be great to have if the part ever broke again, and that way there would be no down time on the fix. ... show more

I ordered because my leg was broken badly and the lady who help me was also has back pain problem. The house owner came to my house and left the notice delivery man dropped heavy box in front of his house. He is old and skinny. Even we should leave this box my friend tried to take it since I did need it immidiately. They tried to put that heavy box with free hands in her car and it hit the car body and got damage. I really upset and wanted to return it. But I couldn't get up to open the door for the return pick up. I was alone at home for all day long. At that time, I even couldn't write for review at once or contact to seller what happened this order. I still am upset now. Now, key switch is not work well, I have to start switch on and off five to ten times to start driving. Headlight is now didn't work anymore. I just it less than two months.     • how to break down?
The description says the scooter can be broken into four pieces. Mine was delivered pretty much in one piece and I see no way to break it down any further than the seat plus the rest of the device. Nothing in the manual indicates how to do this. My question can this be broken down?
